I thought as a 1st time guest i would get a great experience at this lovely hotel to celebrate our anniversary, but sadly the service wasnt not pleasant at all. when we got to our room, Room 319 the TV wasnt working. then we were told to move to another room, we had to pack up and leave. Upon arriving at the new room,, Room 314 the key wouldnt open the door. The aircon wasnt working and no provision was made as the aircon guys are off duty (of which is understandable) however we were woken up by them at 7 very loudly even after telling them that we are still sleeping. 10mins later house keeping also comes to disturb our peace. I really am disappointed at the level of service provided. Please right your wrongs.
I placed an order on the 26/06/2024 to date I am still waiting for an installation. Payment was made, communication was never made since then, I keep sending whatsapps everyday since then, no one is coming back to me. This is the worst I have have ever experienced.
I am very disappointed with everything about pedros Vosloorus. I tried placing an online order which the store was offline fine, I called in and placed the order with all instructions, spent 4mins with the lady over the phone. 50mins later I drive to the store (it was full hence I placed the order before hand) got to the store my order was not ready for collection yet I was forced to wait with all those people even after spending my airtime calling the store and giving them enough time to prepare my food. Eventually the food came I just took my food and left only to get stale rolls as well as burnt offcut chips whereas I asked for wedges meat cut into 4 and not 8, chicken smelt and tasted off and very dry. I had to throw it away and order from another store which the service was excellent. Please see to it that the store get training
I hereby wish to complain about the quality of the food I had ordered. There were 5 strips instead of 6 moreover they were dry much like the chips. very tasteless and tasted old. I am not happy with the service from Mochachos in Norwood.
i PLACED AN ORDER ON THE KFC APP AND PAID FOR IT. TOLD ME SHOULD BE AT MY CHOSEN ADDRESS IN 30MINS AS THE BRANCH ISNT TOO FAR FROM WHERE I STAY. WHEN I TRACKED AGAIN, IT SAID ITS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I DIDNT GET MY FOOD. AS STARVING AS MY KIDS WERE NOW WE HAVE TO SETTLE FOR BREAD AND TEA, I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY.
I requested for a refund on the 03/10/2022 due to duplicate payments and was told that it would take 7-14 working, its now the 24/10/2022 and no one is bothered to inform me or provide any update whatsoever. i have been calling for the past 2 weeks being sent from pillar to post. DSTV services are the worst of them all.
I placed an online "on the double" order at 15:50 to be dispatched from Sam Ntuli mall. The order came to my house 3 hours later 18:25 it was cold and not as tasty as I know it to be. I am very disappointed I must say.
I hope my email finds you well. I hereby wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding a certain product that I purchased yesterday (04/01/2022) from Pick n Pay in killarney. I bought the Divine Double Cream Yoghurt (strawberry cheesecake flavor) which I found to be the disgusting this ever, I looks and tastes off with sour lumps inside and smells really bad. Doesn’t even look like double cream at all because it’s so runny I know this because I buy this brand every week (as a Double Cream Yogurt FREAK). This is really a health hazard and needs to be addressed and rectified please before more people get really sick as I have a really sore tummy now. I have attached the product and till slip, I have the BB date on the pictures and well as the date of purchase on the till slip. Please can someone help me regarding this matter, thanks.
I made an online purchased at the Woolies in Killarney on the 22 September 2021 to be collected on the 23 September 2021. To date I still havent received communication from the store yet the order was paid for already. I am really upset about this
I purchased House of BNG Nectar on the 30/03/2021 and to date i still havent recived my goods. I was sent from pillar to post since i received the tracking number and pin to the locker. I am very appalled by the poor level of service provided to me by Makro.
