I'm so so so disappointed. Had a c-section for the birth of my son and the medical only covered 34% of the bill. Extremely disappointing how medicals charge a fortune and cover vertically nothing :( not to mention that they hardly covered any of my appointments/check-ups either.
Made payment 19 days ago and still waiting. No updates from them and no response to my emails. Dont order from this business. If I dont receive my order and feedback soon I will be reporting this business as fraudulent. Such a pitty, I was soo looking forward to my order, have my newborn on its way.
Expected to make payment off a WhatsApp message, even when I requested an invoice. Then insisted my booking was not secure until I made payment. There are so many scammers out there, I dont think its professional to insist a customer takes the risk of paying off whatsapp message, whats security is that?!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED how Clicks Broadacres are managing Covid: The lady/guy at the door is so lax making it optional to sanitize your hands, you actually have to ask them for sanitizer?! The store is PACKED!!!! There is absolutely no control of how many people are allowed in the store. Whats scary is.....sick people go to clicks.....Covid positive people and Clicks have no care in the world to protect their staff or clients. Im so mad, the queue literally had 30 people....People who dont understand social distancing or how to wear a mask. Every time I go there its the same thing, no effort gets made. Come on Clicks!?! Really....
Just wonder what does through their minds. They deliver to the wrong address several times and then ask me for photos to add to my complaint...um photos of what, nobody at my front door?! Then we get a delivery that is extremely spicy and overly hot when we ordered "mild" they ask me to add photos to show the "hotness"...I just cant deal.
Extremely embarrassing gift :( the clock was faded quality, there were missing items and the card was incomplete. I typed out a beautiful message and Netflorist cut off sentences and made spelling and grammar errors. The gift was for my friends baby shower and it broke my heart that I have her such an awful gift :( waste of R600
DONT ORDER ONLINE! Ordered essential items online: The website advised delivery between 5-7 days and we have received nothing! You call their support desk, no answer. You email their support desk and no answer. What do I do? UPDATE: After being on hold for an hour...they advised the are out of stoc****?? How do you allow customers to purchase items that are out of stock???
I went through to Dischem Fourways Mall this morning at 11am to get my Dischem Baby Hamper. I went to the front desk at the entrance where a lady with long braids helped me. She was rude, but I let it slide. She told us to spend R800 and we will get our hamper upon payment at the teller. We paid and then asked the teller…ok where is our hamper? She replied that you only get the hamper closer to your due date. She then went to the lady at the front desk and told her what just happened due to her not advising us. She moaned at her colleague very rudely and unprofessionally, I then saw this happening and confronted her that her colleague is right and that she should of told. She then replied; “ag whatever” with the flick of her wrist. I cant believe that this women is on the front desk, the face of Dishcem Fourways?! I have tried to call to advise management about what happened and you constantly get hung up on when you request to speak to front desk management… I did however recognize a voice, and I think the lady that was so rude was called Ivone. Management how can you allow someone like this on your front desk. In desperate times like this, give her job to someone that would appreciate it and do her job to the best of her abilities. I left extremely upset and will now will go to Dischem Nicolway.
<p>I bought three different watches for my boyfriend.... they all broke. When letting them know, they blocked me off their Facebook page... AVOID this company guys ....I beg you, it’s a waste of money and an embarrassing gift, your watch won’t last longer than 6 months and that’s a promise. Complaining to this company is a waste of typing and or your breath. I’m posting this to warn people. </p>
<p>I have ordered a few of thier watches. Two were delivered broken and one broke after 6 months. I posted a comment on their Facebook page and they then blocked me off their page. As far as I know companies are not allowed to do this. Consumers have rights, especially when advising the company of their bad experiance. If you look at their FB page, any order has been a bad experiance for consumers, and their watches go for R1000 +. So anoid with this company, and the way I have been treated... I will warn people on every form of social media. </p>
