I have been waiting 7 weeks now for my provident find. Each time I get a different story. How difficult is it to do the paperwork. The woman handling my case Ms Nikki Lee Dora keeps saying in two weeks they will pay. I want to know what is the problem. Must I now beg them for my money? This is unacceptable.
<p>I've had to write this complaint because I really dont know what else to do with FNB. My application for a credit card is going into 2 months. I have called, I have complained I speak to one agent now they tell me they have everything, the very next one tells me some documents are missing. I resend and I dont hear from them again. What else should I do. Please can someone get back to me.</p>
I got a policy with these people in October 2011 and I set up a debit order with them. After 9 months of paying and no policy documents I cancelled the policy with them. Now almost every few months they reappear and debit my account. I have stopped the debit order several times but they just change the ref number and debit me again. These guys are thieves dont believe a word they say!!
Did my application almost a week ago and to date havent heard anything, no one called me or smsed me to tell me what is happening. When I did call I was told that they couldnt confirm my employment as the phone was not being answered - why my HR depart disputes. I have called the call centre several times, i am just left holding until i am cut off. Please can someone tell em what else must I do?
On 24 December a debit order went off my account from African Bank, which is fine, that is the arrangement i Have had with them for years. On the 4th of January that same amount was reversed back into my account. The sms I got from FNB was like this: Transaction failed R....unsuccessful payment to (my acc No). Ref.Unpaid.<br> <br> Now African Bank says I am owing them that installment because i disputed that payment with my bank that's why it was reversed. I didnt dispute anything. What is going on?
My installment went off my account on December 24 as per arrangement with African Bank. I have always paid all my accounts with them via debit order, never missing an installment to the end of my loans. Suddenly on the 4th of January my December installment was reversed back into my bank account. Then came this sms: Your AB payment has been disputed and reversed. This is not in terms of your agreement. Please call ...today to avoid legal action being take.<br> I want to know what is this? I will not waste my airtime on this and you better not charge me interest on this installment. You reversed it yourselves, the same amount you debit me every month, what has changed? Please contact me and tell me you have fixed this. This is my 3rd loan with you, I have NEVER missed an installment ever. I always honour my installments to the very end.<br> This is most annoying.
I am furious with dstv. On the 2nd of December I paid to be upgraded to the Family package and all was well. Today all my channels have been suspended except 1 channel because of 'non payment'. So how was the one channel left if that's the reason. I have made several calls, the only answer I get is that I should go and pay. Really!
I got a message that 300 has been debited from my account. I don't know the debut order, called fnb using R70 airtime already only to be told I need to call using another phone because the one I am using doesn't support the verification process. What is that? And I am still going to pay for reversing the transaction! I think FNB allows these debit orders because they benfit from them. Disgusted! Please call me, I will not spend more airtime on this otherwise it's time for me to move on.
