The support and technical backup are utterly useless. The telephone is only answered 8:00 to 17:00; no callbacks are provided. Logging tickets does not help, as they do nothing to resolve the problem; tickets are simply closed.
I had a very bad experience with this company , we discussed a price on a car I wanted to sell they gave a low price I said no then got three other companies to quote all basically in line , Sell your quick contacted me again and said they have a better offer this was discussed and agreed we confirmed a time and the lady said that they will send a person to inspect the car if all is well he will collect the car and pay before he leaves . The person arrives does his checks tells me he will take the car but the offer was reduced with almost R 100 000 this after the other companied did the same inspection and actually increased the price so We sell my car quick are now R100 000 below the other companies , I basically chase the person off my property and he then wanted copies of the other companies offers ********* at best . As far as I am concerned We sell your car quick are a bunch of ****mers !!!!!
The worste service experience ever in 25years of driving BMW , fail to complete and deliver my car on agreed time the workmanship very and the repair was incomplete ,had to take the car back then aparently they misdiagnosed or did not bother to look send more invoices and still problem is not repaired, stay away !!!!
The state delivery within 7 days , it is a scam and a lie nothing was shipped 10 days after order I receive a shipping note from China I do not want orders from China therefore the .co.za domain .
I have been using Telkom fibre for many years now however of late the backup service are turning from pathetic to absolutely useless . I have been trying for 5 days to report no internet service then they send a fat incompetent fool to my house who does not even have the required tools to test the line and rooters to repair the problem , now we are back to reporting a fault and hoping something happens ,I will be ending my contract with Telkom moving over to a competent private company who are serious about providing a service this is the reason the unemployment rate is out of control due to utter incompetence.
The catch you with contract binding for a few years WITHOUT ANY BACK OUT CLAUSE if you want to cancel they threaten to report you to ITC and use extortion techniques to intimidate you in paying the full amount due on the contract . This company has got zero integrity and the people contacting the customers are rude and unprofessional .
This business seems to be a scam , I paid all the required costs send them all the completed documents and have been fighting for more than a year to get the registration , then they lost all the documents and I had to resubmit still nothing they do not respond to emails etc etc . Do not use this service it is a money making scam .
Airbnb does not validate their hosts we got caught by a scam the person advertised with reviews on Airbnb looked legit however this place does not exist Airbnb does not refund or help to recover the lost money , pathetic service .
I ordered and paid for a few items online for next day collection , during the order process all the items was in stock . 5 hours later a person from the store Woodlands boulevard phoned and said that they do not have stock for 50% of the order of 10 items , when I tried to discuss alternative products the person does not have an idea of what she is doing .My question is why offer a service if you cannot even complete a simple online order ? ???????
I bought an approved BMW through SMG Cape Town , on receipt I noticed several problems with the car I took it to my local BMW dealer BMW Bedfordview who confirmed all the problems and continue to repair the problems (this took 4 weeks) as the car was still in motorplan , however one of the problems called for new tyres these were not covered by motor plan and we requested SMG Cape Town to approve the cost they bluntly refused and basically said it is your problem now . This after they promised several times that the car is 100% with zero problems BMW SA clearly states that all approved cars sold through the dealerships are thoroughly inspected and ALL problems are fixed BEFORE the car is allowed to be sold how is this then possible .
