If I could rate it ZERO I would. They appointed an independent assessor to determine the damages to a vehicle that clearly should have been written off and left me stranded for 5 months without a car before the Insurer sent their assessor to determine the damages and then wrote the car off. Beware!! Check if your broker reports to this *********** place who deems themselves administrators before signing up! I have made a financial loss because of THEIR incompetence of R24 000 which they refuse to pay me back.
**** **** SERVICE!! I will keep telling EVERYONE I know how **** you are! Left me stranded for 5 months without a vehicle and I had to keep paying my finance and Insurance THEN only do you write off the car after 5 months and you refuse to pay me back my R24000!! STAY AWAY from these *******!!
Europcar takes FOREVER to pay out your holding deposit once you have rented a vehicle from them. VERY DISSAPOINTED!! It's now been a week and I have not received my funds back. POOR SERVICE!!
I have not had a Rain simcard that was activated since 2021. I cancelled with Rain in 2021 now all of a sudden I have a random charge on my profile for June 2022. I have been using other internet service providers for the past 3 years almost and now they are telling me they will hand me over to debt collectors. What mockery is THIS?? Absolutely disgusting! Messing up my credit record for your gain!
For the last 7 years I have not used any telkom products ONLY prepaid sim cards. Today I went onto my bank statement and saw Telkom had debited R1055.00 from my bank account on the 25th when I got paid. I have NO idea where they get this amount from and why they have debited my account for this amount. I feel like bursting into tears. How can they do something like this especially during a pandemic where nobody is even leaving there homes and losing income. I will have to take this further. I am opening a case of fraud against Telkom at my nearest police station and also going to the ombudsman. I have had enough of this absolute nonsense!
Good day, I have been trying to phone Cell C, I have been trying to check my statements on the Cell C App and I have been trying to access the Cell C App as well as visited your branch in Tyger Valley Mall twice. You are placing debit orders on my account which is not being reflected on my monthly statements which is unlawful. I am trying to cancel my contract with you and would like to know the remaining balance to settle and close my cell C account. TO NO AVAIL. For the last 4 months I have found the above an impossible task. You have been debiting my account on the incorrect date each month which has lead me to go into arrears and which has prohibited me from cancelling my cell C contract with you. As mentioned above I have tried to resolve this but instead no help was offered (in your branch even). I hereby urge you to activate my sim card which has been deactivated as well as contact me on messenger. I will be forwarding this e-mail to the Ombudsman as I am not liable for the random debit orders which you have taken from my bank account as it was not the agreed upon amount nor was it ever on any previous statements. You have failed to communicate to me what the amounts owed are on my account to date and have claimed to be offline / having technical difficulties or just cut off my number completely. This is not a threat. This will be taken further in court. I await your call within the next 24 hours or legal action will be taken against you. I trust you find the above in order. I went into Cape Gate's Telkom Mobile/ 8ta store to cancel my contract when one of the ladies told me that contracts can only be cancelled via a phone call to the customer care line. When I received my statement I was charged an extra R57.50 when my contract was supposed to have ended. I phoned the customer care line and was told that I should go into the store. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF TELKOM MOBILE! If their business could be banned I would be happy. This is probably the eighth time I have an issue with them!
