I got a WiFi router yet it has not been working since the first day I received it. I'd like for it to other get fixed or get a refund because I am not receiving what I paid for

My pension claim was submitted. Its supposed to take 10 working days. its now day 9 and my tax directive hasnt even been submitted to SARS. I have bills that I need to pay and the delay is really going to cause a lot of problems on my part. The employees are really too relaxed and chilled and dont understand how their delays cause problems on our end. When we sign up with you we get promised good turnaround times, but when were supposed to get the service its like we are asking you guys for a loan. Nooooo hey
Guy McLaren Has zero respect for his customers, Goes to an extent of calling his customers "*****es" when we ask for our money back. You cant take our money and resort to calling us profanities when we ask for you to simply complete the job. No business tact at all. He states that everyone is following him around. Why would people follow you around if you did what you were supposed to as agreed? He has been giving us the runaround for a couple of weeks now for a job that should take less than a day to complete. Its almost 2 months now yet he hasnt even completed the work. Please be aware that he uses multiple business names like Pretoria Kitchens.

Firstly my debit order is supposed to run on the 25th. you guys decided to not take your funds on that date and use a later date and then it bounced. i call the call centre to sort it out, your lines are bad, consultants hang up the phones and dont even bother calling back when the calls get cut off. You guys are going to mess up my credit record for nothing
I'm a usual customer at your richards bay meerensee branch. Service is normally poor. However the disrespect I received from one fueler by the name Sibonelo and the manager today is despicable and embarrassing. I called the manager to intervene, but he didn't entertain my complaint. If that's the kind of attitude you guys allow us as customers to be spoken with then you will lose them to the new garage just in front of it.

Your Richards Bay branch is honestly the worst branch you guys have and you need to do something about it. Every other month when I go there they want to update my FICA, for what? Its not like my ID details change every other day. I opened an account online, submitted all my documents online, yet they wanted me to resubmit documents when i already have a credit card with the bank. The lines are also very long unnecessarily. The consultants are way too slow and give poor service
I applied and till today all you guys have done is install your hardware and haven't connected me yet. We are even going into the new year. Please sort this out
