Quick an easy, fixed my problem without hesitation
My Wife cancelled her account a couple of months ago after making full payment. The clerk at the store said that it will take 24 hours to close and that was taken at word. Now my wife is getting notifications that her account is in arears and after calling the o so help me service center they simply dropped the call in her ear Agent Nadia. . Poor service tbh. She cancelled her account due to her not having work and now they want more money. I like Mr Price but if this is the way that they want to do business then im rather gonna go to other shops To whom ever is reading this they can call me so that we can sort this out
Inhuman treatment, people sleeping on the job and chilling on the phone making jokes with each other. Patients piling up some even with severe pain and discomfort and some even with missing limbs you sit and wait for up to 2 -6 hours just to get a piece of paper. Was one of the most pristine hospitals now it is the worst place to go. Dirty walls, dirty chairs. Smell of urine and vomit. To whom ever reads this, DO NOT GO THERE. Steve Biko not one of the best hospitals but at least you get service there quickly.
Purchased a device online, received it broken. returned the device and its almost a month and not once have somebody called me or responded to my emails. Great customer service guys. I sent multiple emails to them and nope nada got nothing back so im calling them and getting that repeat button update that they will follow up and give me a update over and over and over again.
Never had i ever had any issues with this company, they are truly a fantastic place to get cheap affordable life insurance with funeral cover. they always follow up if you are happy so far and the representatives always walk that extra mile just to make sure that you and your family is covered. They also give you great advise when it comes to your financial ways to give you the best cover without blowing of your own foot.
So I went from a ADSL that was Great however the new area that i have moved to does not cover ADSL so was forced to move to Telkom LTE uncapped, this decision was the most terrible idea ever the package indicates 10MB I'm not even getting 2MB out of my package i complained yesterday to Telkom only to get the response that there is tower congestion and that it is normal for customers to get slow speeds RUBBISH, this is my livelihood I work of this internet and its so slow i cannot even connect to my works servers. So next step is to cancel this service and even take back the router to the office and will immediately cancel my debit order. TELKOM please you need to upgrade your infrastructure to cater for Work from home customers

You are playing with peoples livelihood. she depends on the pension to pay for rent and purchase food. December holidays are upon us and clearly you would rather place your fingers in your own backsides then to do your job. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Good day Clientele Life, im using this forum to get your attention as clearly my plea on mails is not cutting it. Im being harassed by your auto bot calls and your representatives multiple times even after i tell you to remove me from your system. STOP CALLING ME. Im not interested in your service even after i considered it however not anymore as you clearly cant follow a simple task if removing a person that does not want your spam .
