This is the 3rd review ive written for the same thing because absa knows that if they just send that standard response they can take their sweet time getting back to you. They obviously wont answer weekends so monday which will be 7 days im waiting. No excuses no apologies. Just the standard response on hellopeter. That they will contact me. Contact me when exactly? Im sick of this. I may not have your email address Daphne but i will mention you in the email I send out to your bosses tonight. Oh FYI i use to work 4 absa its easy to get your email address too. Watch this space.
Im waiting 4 days now for absa to get back to me. It looks like they aren't even bothered by hellopeter as long as they have that response. Can someone please contact me i want to close my account properly. I dont want this bull**** of interest growing because you don't close accounts. Im closing my account becos of your ****ty service.
I had a credit card I closed down PAID UP in 2008 after a divorce. I applied for a credit card now and ABSA declined me 10 years later. I checked the bureau's and none of them show a credit card. Yet ABSA show's I had a credit card that I'm still owing on...WHAT THE HELL!! I paid that up and ABSA asks me 10 years later not 3 years later not 5 years later 10 YEARS later. For what? Does ABSA have telephone recordings from 10 years ago I want the recording of me closing my credit card. I demand it. Who keeps any documentation for 10 YEARS? Are you insane ABSA? I want answers now. I'll be emailing everyone in ABSA including the CEO. You people are ****** shady!!!
I ordered 2 Strips and Rice and 2 cokes from Nandos to be delivered. I literally work less that 500m away from Nandos Sandton city who were doing the delivery. The food had not arrived by the stipulated time and I called them my order had still not left and they said they only had 2 bikers. I pay for delivery don't make your restrictions mine. so I waited another 20 mins for the delivery guy. I take the order. No forks no serviettes. How do you expect me to out of the box with my hands? I try calling and the line just drops. Sick of This ****ty service. if the customer service contact was easy to locate on the website I would've really given them an earful because the food was cold and disgusting, I hate Nandos sandton city
I went to labour law dex because I was unfairly dismissed. after I saw them I notified the guys I had not received my final payment. Peter my \labour lawyer"calls me tells me he will negotiate with the company. he calls back and says to give him 2 days as they are playing hardball. 2hrs later I get a beep on my fone money in acc. I msg him becos I'm with a different bank so usually I get paid the day after they transfer. he says he's negotiated a settlement. that I'm to contact the revenue and accounts department. firstly I'm to contact wedlock who is never available. and replies every 3 or never days. they keep saying they are following up. and that they expect payment before the company closed. companies closed and I have nothing. I doubt they even contacted my ex employer. they are just stringing me along. I have a lawyer who will look into this. if I need to I'll take labour law dex to court becos I don't think I can go to the ccma anymore"""
My fine was stolen and despite me calling in to cancel my ricad sim they told me that they have no soft lock for prepaid clients. Then to make matters worse they couldn't even do a sim swap 3 times causing my new sims to be barred from calling 173 I ended up having to use my vodacom number to call their call center. 3 times I was promised a team leader would call, but got no such joy for 2 whole days. In the meantime the criminal who stole my phone had taken then liberty of contacting my contacts from my stolen sim pretending to be me. My sister phoned me, notifying me that she had just received a recharge request from my stolen number. And still no action from MTN giving one the impression that they're extremely nonchalant. After finally getting my sim to work I requested my itemised billing to check the activity of the criminal and to my disgust was informed that prepaid users do not qualify for such a basic service.

Vodacom says a number that i was still using in 2012 belongs to someone else not me but i owned it since 2000 on contract. <br> The number is inactive so how does that work. The number has been inactive since 2012 and still is. It did not belong to a company it belonged to an individual. This is the same crap you pulled with the billing running so high when i disputed it you ignored me and listed me.<br> NO ONE GO TO VODACOM THEY ARE CONS
