Please do no deal with this company, they are a *****, i ordered a canopy from them and they promise me it would be ready in 4 weeks, after 4 weeks there was no canopy, in week 9 I get told the canopy fell off there truck and I have to wait another 2 weeks for another one, I declined this and asked for my deposit money back. After acknowledging they stuff up and promising me a refund they blatantly turned around and refused to refund me which I then had to get my lawyer involved the get my money back costing me even more money. These people don't care and have no customer service. They tell a lot of lies so please stay away if you don't want a headache, they will gladly take your money and will not deliver
Please dont trade in your phone with this company, they are a *****, i traded in my phone 3 months ago and still no payment, they don't respond to emails and you cannot call them, be aware of them, i dont know why Samsung use these useless people! Trade in Ref: 18820
What a bunch of useless people working here, your service is so terrible you make your clients chase for a parcel and then all of a sudden the parcel is missing? It would have been quicker for my dog to go and fetch the parcel and deliver to me. Don't use these guys people they are the worst to deal with, full of empty promises, lies and very unreliable!
What a useless place this is, incompetent staff who dont give a dam about their customers. Took in my lawnmower in for repairs, its been almost a month now and its still not fixed, I call to get updates and they say they will call me back which nobody ever does. I am sick and tired of this place, what kind of service do you offer customer??? You clearly don't care and couldn't give a sh*t. I hope nobody ever goes to your shop again, rather go somewhere else or even better don't buy Ryobi.
I took out car insurance with you guys not because you were cheaper than other people but because I thought you were a good company as you have all my other items insurance. I have just realised I made a huge mistake. Your consultant captured the wrong colour of the car when taking out the policy and when I took the car for inspection you guys tell me the colour is wrong and my premium is going up! I have called you guys 5 times now and every single consultant says they will sort it out and call me back. Nobody have even bothered to call me back! You just push up my premiums with out me agreeing to it. What has happened to your awesome service you use to have. You guys phoned me twice a day worrying me to take out insurance but when there is a problem nobody seems to care and you are just stealing my money now. I spend almost R2000 with you a month and I get treated like this! I think I should take my business elsewhere, maybe I will get better service... you guys are useless and I'm sick and tired of trying to get answers..<br> My policy number is OT19272415 check and see how many people I spoke to with no response or help.

I ordered something from Takealot and changed my mind a day later, I called the call center which my call was answered promptly and asked them to cancelled my order which they did with no hassle or question about why and the best part was that i was refunded straight away! Keep up the good service guys and please whatever you do dont inherent Kalahari's crap server seen as you have merged!
