I read the other bad reviews about this business and how unreliable they are and I have now experienced it first hand. They are both unprofessional and unreliable. Made an appointment to come and see us. My husband left work early to meet with Brian and he didn’t even bother to come. I won’t give them the business if they cannot even show up for an appointment.
I would give zero stars if I could. Have been trying to get hold of Homzy since last week. They don't bother to reply to emails and whoever is managing their WhatsApp number is online but refuses to answer the phone or respond to messages. I cannot find out about the status of my order as I cannot get hold of anyone. Service is shocking. Will never use them again. Whoever is considering using them please think again because the frustration is not worth it.
Shocking service. No communication. Want to view an item but cannot get any answers out of their WhatsApp number or email. If this is their service before one even buys a product, I would hate to see if there is a problem with a purchased item.
Thank you Allison and Lisa for the absolutely brilliant service. Will definitely be using you guys for all my cars in future. Paid and two days later my Licence disc was delivered to my door. And I was kept informed through out the entire process. Thank you so much, you guys saved me time and endless frustration that comes with queuing for hours.
I was a bit worried after reading all the complaints but we had absolutely no problem with Africa Stay. Yes Kulula went under and this affected both our flights but this was something completely out of the control of Africa Stay. They definitely came to the party and we were given a couple of options but within a week they had chartered another aircraft and we were still on a direct flight to Zanzibar just with time changes. On arrival at the Rui Palace we were given a room upgrade and we are currently here enjoying a fabulous holiday. Thanks to Sharon and Caren for the excellent service and giving us a holiday that has been absolutely amazing. Thank you for the excellent communication from your side and always letting us know of any changes ahead of time. Thank you for ensuring our room requests were done at the hotel as well as the a la carte restaurants. The excellent organisation from your side has led to us having a stress free holiday. Thank you from all of us, we really appreciate all you did.
Was initially a bit worried to use them after reading so many bad reviews but have been pleasantly surprised so far. Dealt with Caren initially who was extremely helpful and put us onto Sharon who has been on the ball and very efficient in booking our trip. Haven’t gone on our trip yet but the booking process and Sharon’s service has been excellent. Absolutely no complaints. Looking forward to an enjoyable and relaxing trip with my family.
Do not use this company!! You will loose your money! It’s a one man business run by Shaun Jonker who is the biggest crook. He gives you a quote and wants a 50% deposit. He then doesn’t pitch up to do the job. Takes your money and you never hear from him again. He is a scammer and from the other posts that I have just read, this is clearly how he operates and he makes his money by doing this to everyone. Do not use him!
<p>This is the worst driving school. Do not use them!! You will be wasting a great deal of your money. Their modus operandi is to not teach you in line with the K53 requirements so that you fail and it generates more revenue for them because they can then charge you R700.00 for the use of their car every time you have to go and do your test. They then also insist on a couple more lessons. So revenue increases for them by not teaching you everything and getting a couple of fails. My son went for his license test twice and both times he failed. The examiner at Xavier Testing Station told him that he had not been taught his road observations properly. When we addressed Alberton Driving School about this they blamed the examiner and said she didn't know what she was doing. After the second fail and the same feedback from a second examiner we decided to have him assessed by another driving school who confirmed our suspicions and told us that my son had in fact not been taught properly. We have tried to address this with the owner, Elton Maistry, but he doesn't bother to respond to messages. They are extremely unprofessional and unethical in the way they do business and rip people off. DO NOT USE THEM!!</p>
