Incorrect I for was shared with me and upon sharing proof that I this was incorrect, I did not receive any accountability or an apology. There was no communication with until I had to query what transpired and asked for clarity. We understand errors can happen and apologising and taking accountability goes a long way.
I was told by one of the Team leaders at Manati I had not signed my contract. When I shared proof that I had instead of her acknowledging that she **** she then said I signed it on the 17th again incorrect information. I shared proof of this and instead of apologising and taking accountability she hung up the phone. To apologise take ownership of your error would have taken less than a minute and actually apply yourself to check what happened which is what I asked for. Do better Manati
I dealt with Jodine Batist who emailed a contract to sign 6 May which I signed 7 May she comes back 20 May stating I never signed the contract and I need to sign a new one. I shared proof of it been signed 7 May no apology for lying and further lying and saying I signed it on the 17th. She hung up the call no apology on the lies just dropped the call. Jodine it takes nothing to actually take accountability and apologise you **** cause you didn’t check and now that there is proof rather than apologise you continue to make excuses. Signing the new contract was never the issue is was the lies from Jodine who represents the company. No apology whatsoever.
Sandile Mdluli aka Zama Mdluli the Principal and owner of Dreamville Properties is a ****mer. Firstly the properties to rent are all in TERRIBLE state and he doesnt care. No one assists when you raise issue. I gave notice well in advance and keys were handed over back to them. He is now giving me the run around regarding my deposit first told me the notice was too short HOW as notice lwas sent 27 November informing him end of December I am moving out. Now he says his agent left how does that concern me? I am lodging a complaint with Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and will be going to small claims court for my deposit he will not get away with this. DO NOT USE DREAMVILLE PROPERTIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered Grade 9 text books online 31 December 2024. The confirmation was it will be delivered 3 to 5 working days. This did not happen they did not bother to call or email until we had to go to the store in Hatfield Friday 17 January 2025 as schools had opened and no one was forth coming of when I am getting my books. The *********** person packed a grade 12 book and I have been calling every day since the 17th and to date nothing. The people that are employed at Van Schaik Hatfield are terrible. I wonder if Ugan Poobalan – the Managing Director knows this how clients are treated. I now have to drive to Pretoria AGAIN due to their mistaken and as I need the book I guess its my problem and they couldn't care less what happens now that I paid. - DO NOT USE VAN SCHAIK ONLINE ORDERS!!! If I can warn anyone DO NOT DO IT, you better off going to a shop and buying it.
My mom paid R10 700 extra into her credit card. She requested This be paid into her Cheque account as she did not qualify for the credit card. This was meant to be paid last week nothing has happened. My mom is retired and is in need of HER money. This is bordering stealing as the credit card was paid in full. She will be changing banks after been with you for 40 years. Service is why I also left. Give my mother back her money!
Today he shares my private business with the entire complex? Why? Am extremely livid there is an Act called POPI. The reason the managing agent is been changed is due to lack of service. It’s so bad. Then Susan responds to my complaint and does selective reading? No one wants to respond to why my private business was shared??
My name is Charles Petje I brought my car in for rework cause the radiator installed was leaking. The mechanic mentioned that the radiator and the coupling would need to be replaced and that they are doing an order on Friday 12 April 2019. No one gave me feedback until I called yesterday. I was told sorry sir parts are ordered and you have to wait. I did mention to the mechanic when I dropped the car that I am selling the car. If I don’t get the car paid off today I will need to pay for it and the new car this month. I can’t sell the car until its fixed. Marvin informed me today after I followed up again that sorry they can’t get the coupling and I will get the car in two weeks. I informed him that I want the car today and they must find a coupling. I am escalating this issue to you and request the car to be ready this afternoon 16:30 for me to fetch the car.
I paid off all my debt a more than a month ago. I sent paid up letters to Debt Rescue so they can send me my clearances certificate. Everyday I receive an email from different people asking me things given to to them and today Lindiwe emailed me asking me to increase my payment. What payment? I have never experienced such bad service it’s like they making it a point to make my life hell. All I keep asking is for CC. No one takes complaints seriously. Worst mistake of my life going with them. It’s caused more headache and stress. They even called to pay one of my vendors! I have had it. Going to complain on all channels I can cause no one is helping me. Do not go with them.
We signed up with Christel Barnett sales manager for holiday club. We completed debit order forms and months later we get a letter telling us we are in arrears. My husband and I called Lizzette who was not available and left a message for her to call she didn't bother returning the call. We emailed Christel no response. To say I am angry and fuming is an under statement. So we pay the R140 they threatening to black list us for then my husband spoke to Lizette Monday 12 November. I get in this morning to get another letter of demand, call her she tells me she did request it she doesn't know. So I must sit back while we get black listed and trust that Lizette who tells me she doesn't know will sort this out. I am fuming and at this stage want to get rid of this cause the whole company is incompetent!!!!!! I will be putting my experience on all social media platforms!
