I hired Skyblue Pools to resurface my fiberglass pool, and it turned out to be a truly disappointing experience. On the first day, they forgot to bring their own pump to drain the pool and asked if they could use mine. Unaware of the full implications, I agreed. The worker then proceeded to cut pipes and electrical cables to access my pump. He pumped the pool water into a bladder that was already full of holes, and by the time he left, half of the water had leaked out. To make matters worse, the bladder wasn’t big enough, so the pool was still half full. I told them to leave, but Tasha begged and pleaded with me to let them continue, using the emotional appeal of a sick child. Unfortunately, I was too gullible and agreed to let them proceed. Everything seemed fine until they refilled the pool, only to find that HALF of my water had disappeared. This meant I had to pay extra to fill it up with municipal water, a cost that could have been avoided if their equipment had been in proper working order. To top it off, now that the water is back in, you can clearly see the white glue they used to stick the mosaic tiles to the pool’s blue surface. This has been an incredibly unpleasant experience, and I would strongly advise staying away from Skyblue Pools.
As much as I like FNB their customer service is a joke. I have never had any success with getting a problem solved without it been a very difficult process. Even their secure chat is terrible. I need help....would love to get through to a human who knows what they are doing.
Vox's administration system is highly problematic. I discontinued their service due to its poor quality. Despite providing ample evidence of canceling the service well in advance, they initially claimed I owed around R2k. It took months for them to rectify this mistake and credit my account. Furthermore, they insisted I owed money for a modem I returned via courier, even though I supp**** the courier number multiple times. To my disbelief, they reported me to the credit bureau. I strongly advise staying away from Vox.
Stay away!!! I was on a month-by-month contract. Cancelled a month before I stopped paying. You would imagen that if you don't pay, they cut you off! YES. I have no idea if they cut me off because I installed a new service supplier the month I gave my notice. I was so desperate to be rid of them I paid for both service providers that month. They keep on sending me demands to pay even though I sent their accounts department 3 emails and spoke to them once & i was on a month-to-month contract. HOW dare they threaten my good credit rating - because they don't know how to run a business. I am so done with them.
We reported our WIFI not working on Thursday, 30 March late morning. By 15h45 it was still not working when I called, I found out that VUMA had cancelled my line by mistake. I can accept that everyone makes mistakes. Between 15h45 and 17h00, I made 16 calls to the VOX helpline and did not find out when I could expect the line to be fixed. No one could tell me anything and just pushed e from pillar to post; PMO blamed technical, technical blame PMO, and then they just cut me off numerous time. No one takes accountability, when there is a problem, it is the client’s problem to find out what is wrong with their line. They take no accountability and even had the audacity to tell me VUMA cut you off, not VOX, to which I reminded them that I pay VOX for the service and really don’t care whose fault it is; the person on the line did not like that answer and put the phone down on me. And to top it off the department/s who can fix the problem stop work at 17h00 and don’t work weekends. Really I am all for people not having to work the night shift and weekends, but really, a service provider like this should surely have in place methods to fix problems after hours and on weekends, just about everything in our lives relies on Wi-Fi. After many calls and emails on Friday morning and still not being reconnected, I gave up and called back at 12 on Friday to hear that they had reconnected the line but there was ANOTHER problem, but don’t worry, they will report it to VUMA, so I wait again, it would be a complete miracle if VOX called me to explain the process and They did not let me know they had rectified the first problem and to see if all was in working order, no why would I expect service like that. I am dismayed at the service received from VOX Alison J
Brilliant service, so good to speak to 1. A Human. 2. Even Better speaking to a knowledgeable and pleasant person.
What a terrible experience. Bought a Suzuki Baleno, as they advertise that the fuel consumption would be 5.5 for AT. After driving for few days the consumption was 7.8!!! when I complained they did very little to help me. I was promised they would send me a letter in response to my complaint - a week later I am still waiting. I got a email form Suzuki SA asking me to rate the service, in the comments I indicate my problem, and I did not receive a call from them. I will be taking this matter to a legal advisor

I own a downstairs property at Jackals Creek. The upstairs unit has a leeking water pipe from their shower - the pipe is under the tiles - due to this my property is experiencing water damage on regular basis and Jackals creek body corporate are doing NOTHING about it. I ask you how can i be held liable for damage that is caused to to poor building quality?

My son is absolutely nuts about the Nike brand, all matter of items he has is Nike Branded, so after years of illness when he was finally able to be active he began playing soccer, and asked for Nike Soccer boots, as a single mom this is quiet a costly request, but considering the last few tough years I obliged and off went to the Sandton City Nike Store in Feb of 2015. To my delight they had a sale and as I believed Nike to be a reputable brand I thought we would be OK to buy a sale product as quality should not be compromised. We became the proud owners of a pair of Hyper venom boots - well the name says it all as they did turn out to be venomous to my pocket and my sons spirit. Just after buying them moms as the soccer club said OH NO when they heard I bought the Hyper venom as they had had problems the session before with the anklet brand.

Unfortunately I was to be proved WRONG, two studs broke off the boots within 4 months of use (2 to max 3 times a week use) and the broken studs were the same on each boot.

When I returned the boots I was told SORRY for you we can do nothing.
