I am very impressed with the service I received from Falke. The racer bras I ordered were too small and unknown to me were not returnable. Falke sent me a replacement bra at no extra cost. Shafika in the on-line department is a pleasure to deal with on the telephone. Thank you for your fantastic service - I have no hesitation in ordering from you again.
Most disappointed in this dealership. My car went in for a service and I was informed that I needed R20,000 worth of parts and labour to be carried out. Long story short - the only parts I actually needed were front brake pads - which I had replaced at a third of their price, as well as repairs to the tie rods - repair NOT REPLACEMENT - for less than half the price quoted by Nelspruit Multifranchise. The fans which we were told needed replacing would take 6 - 8 weeks to be available - at a cost of R5000 - were not needed at all. This we found out thanks to the very efficient service of Renault Bryanston, who had ordered the fans for us and who are now in the process of refunding us the money we paid for the fans. Shame on you Nelspruit Multifranchise.
I would like to congratulate Chris Matthews and his team for the amazing service we received recently. Also, grateful thanks to Imtiaz, Parts Manager for going the extra mile. We have always had very friendly and competent service from them and it is a pleasure dealing with them. We will definitely buy our next Renault from them when the time comes.
I would like to congratulate Carl Barnard, the Asics Rep with whom I have had dealings - for his friendly manner, helpful advice and great service. I was most unhappy with a pair of fairly recently purchased Asics Nimbus 20 takkies. Carl suggested I return the takkies to Sportsmans Warehouse and exchange them for a new pair. This was achieved effortlessly and painlessly. Your help was greatly appreciated, Carl, thank you very much. You are a great brand ambassador for Asics.
I needed to return a pair of worn Asics takkies which had not given me fair wear and tear. The exchange was done effortlessly and with no problem. The Admin Manageress, assistant and cashier helping me at the Crossings Branch, Nelspruit, were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you very much for a pleasant shopping experience.
