How many more emails should I send before I get a clear answer regarding my husband's debt review!!!!!!!!!!????????? I have sent the complaints department an email, Zainab responded only with an enquiry of what my husband's contact number is (that was provided to him by ME!!!), my husband called MSD and spoke to a lady called Sylvia, I have sent the CEO Muhammad an email, and NO RESPONSE!!!!!! I am tired of begging for answers, I am going to the NCR regarding this issue and will be laying a formal complaint together with anyother reviews on HelloPeter for misrepresentation. I am no a dog and neither is my husband!!!!!!! we shouldn't have to beg!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now get someone to call me before 12PM TODAY OR I WILL GO TO THE NCR ABOUT THIS COMPANY, YOU DON'T KNOW WHO YOU PLAYING WITH!!!!!!!!!!!
Good day, I trust you are well. I'm not well, My husband has had an amount of R3000.00 taken out of his account with no reference. This morning he received an SMS saying that you were instructed by FNB to collect the balance owing to his account. How do you just take someone else's money without their consent or knowledge!!!???? I will be taking this up with FNB as well as the ombudsman. YOU TOOK MONEY FROM MY ****ING CHILD'S MOUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no wonder you only a 3.2 rating and 90% of the reviews on here are just complaints.
I've been a client of Naked since covid, and I must say the ease of claiming (I've claimed once from a break in in my vehicle) to any payment issues etc. Love the professionalism of all the agents I've dealt with plus I don't get those annoying after sales calls where they want to sell you something extra. I've referred everyone I know to Naked and my dad is wanting to move to Naked. Thank you to the Naked agents for making our lives a little easier ☺️.
Good day, I trust this mail finds you well. I have concern regarding your driver with registration number DC 25 DF GP. Do you allow your driver's to drive however they wish on a road that is a speed limit of 70km p/h? One of your driver's almost hit the back of my husband and I at a red traffic light and then proceeded to almost collide with a taxi and another vehicle on the lane next to us. Not only is this negligent driving, but he endangered our lives and other's lives too. I'm not sure if his brakes are faulty, or if he is just an inconsiderate being on the road. But I find this unacceptable driving.
If I get ONE more phone call regarding alleged referring of MY details I WILL be taking you and your scamming business to court. Have you heard of the POPI Act!? Apparently I owe IQ Academy for a course that I never paid for, didn't get the study material and no monry was ever debited from my account. So now four years later I get handed over to DMC Debt Collectors. Not once did IQ Academy ever call me for a reason why I did or could not pay. This debt is prescribed already and I have never acknowledged it. When I was cintacted yesterday during my family time, I refused to acknowledge any monies I owe to IQ Academy. How can you now want money FOUR YEARS LATER THE DEBT IS DEAD AND WHY THE HELL IN HEAVEN'S NAME DO YOU NOT TRY AMD CONTACT THE STUDENTS TO SEE IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEIR STUDY MATERIALS AND WHY THERE WAS NO PAYMENT??????? I want this debt cleared as in written off my name as it is prescribed. You cannot expect someone to be paying for something they have never received.
I have been battling for the last week to get the incorrect invoice corrected. Last week I had to phone THREE times and of those three times one of your so-called support lady put the phone down in my ear!!!!! I eventually spoke to a lady called Tansin who said I need to pay R416 for my 4G as it hadn't cancelled in time. That I understand, but since the ordering of the 5G and your 'upgrades' I have only had problems. When I ordered my 5G DIRECTLY from YOUR site I paid the R699 upfront so I DO NOT PAY UNTIL END MARCH 2021. I have emailed the C.E.O whom, clearly doesn't have ANY intention of dealing with this matter as I've had NO contact from him either. I REFUSE TO PAY UNTIL THIS SORTED!!!!! When I received my 5G it took me FIFTEEN TIMES TO GET CONNTECTED!!!!!!! I am sick of this hogwash **** honestly. Why do your customers have to run after you? If this is the case may I please have half of EVERYONE at Rain's salary because not a single person knows ehat they are doing and everything gets pushed from pillar to post. JUST SORT YOUR **** OUT!!!!!!!
Good day I would like to inform you that I am really not happy with the 5G upgrade. I have been trying for four days now. Yes that's correct FOUR DAYS!!!!! I have contacted your support number a total of 10 times in order to get assistance. On Thursday 4 February 2021, I was told there's a backlog for activiations, so I understood. I spoke to Sihle on Friday 5 February 2021(I couldn't get a reference number from her as I ran out of airtime and I did request a call back from her if the call cuts off), yesterday 5 February 2021 I spoke to Vivian at 09:00 who was able to give me a reference number and escalate the issue for me. I then spoke to Tebogo at 13:00 who again escalated the issue saying that it's to do with the sim. I then got a call from Gareth at 13:36 who said it's the device that was not activiated yet. Again today I CANNOT connect at all to the device. I have tried to call your support again today and no one answers the line. U am at my wits end here and on the brink of crying as I've spent R220.00 more than what I am paying for the 4G package that I currently have with you. That was so much easier than trying to setup the 5G. I need answers PLEASE as I have to work from home and besides that I don't want to regret buying it so early. Can I please get a call back urgently as I have been waiting FOUR DAYS ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
