I bought a Maserati from them in July of 2022. Firstly they FORCED me to sign the release note without even inspecting the car. Secondly they REFUSED to deliver my car. I had to arrange my own truck to go and collect the car, when the car got delivered to me it had less than 2L of fuel in, yes you read right, less than 2L of fuel… on a car that cost me well over R1m subsequently I couldn’t even make it to the closes petrol station. Thuy caused me to brake down in a multi million rand vehicle on the delivery day. Only to find out 1 week later that they sold me a car which has ZERO brakes. Took the car in for inspection at Maserati and was informed and shown proof that the dealer knew about the R200k issue on the car and said they will deal with it if i ever find out about it. I then told the dealership to pay for the repairs to which they refused, i then initiated THEIR own 14 day money back guarantee which they completely IGNORED i then went straight to the attorneys to enforce CPA, the dealership also does not care to enforce the NCA. This is the most rogue money hungry unethical dealership i have even come into contact with and would not wish my worst enemy to buy a car from them. Till date they have never taken any accountability, no solution, no apology. They sell old expired stock and then when you want a refund they insist you are liable for the courier fees but they are the ones selling old stock.
I opened a complain on the 11/11/2021 that I am not getting my correct ebucks points, I provided the proof that my points are wrong and that it needs to be corrected. Till date (02/02/2022) It has still not been fixed. I have had to reopen the case several times as ebucks just ignores it and closes it or they claim not to receive the proof even though other staff there can see all the proof sent through. My private banker has also blocked my email so I cant even contact him anymore, In December I requested a new private banker of which nothing ever happened. This is the worst Private Wealth experience i have ever received. NO ebucks have been fixed. NO new private banker has been assigned to me as yet. This complaint has been going on for 4 months now and I dont see any end in sight due to the sheer lack of customer service from FNB and Ebucks. I waited in line for 2hours to get helped and then when i finally got helped the lady couldnt process my reqyest because she does not know the system. I was then told that i will not be getting my device the same day and have to wait 48 hours. It has been a week now and i am still waiting and nobody has even been in contact with me. I loooove the way telkom treats their new contract customers. Appoint people who can actually dp the job.
I received an sms stating that if a purchase before the 31st of october that i will get 20 000 points free. I made a purchase and did not get my points. I then called customer care and they just asked me random questions not at all relating yo my query. Then they just said they dont know what to do and said bye. This is horrible service from edcon. Appoint people who actually know how to do their job. Now they are wasting my time and making me out to be a liar because they dont know their own promotions
I purchased a guess t shirt at booklyn edgars on sundat morning. I then took the tags off and put the shirt on. Only that evening did i notice that the shirt has a circular hole under the one arm. This is really not the quality that i excpect from edgars or guess. Really unhappy with my purchase.
I will never go to buy nandos ever again. I waited forever for my food and on top of it i did not get any chips and i was suppose to receive 3 chips. Really disappointed. Horrible service and they stole my money becaue i did not get what i paid for. I only noticed it when i got home and wasnt going to drive the 30km back there.
I went in for an interview at the discovery finance branch in waterkloof. They said to be there at 8 till 12 for my interniew. It seemed a bit long but i did not think wrong of it. Upon entering renatha took me to the back and told me that i can take a seat and start to phone people while i wait for thee person who was to interview mew which i then heard was in a meeting from 9 untill 11. So i thought to myself why do tou schedule an interview if you know the person is going to wait hours for you while in the meantime having to call a bunch of random numbers that they what looked like got from a database so i thought to myself this is the most unprofessional interview that i have ever attended a they did not ask my anything they just wanted me to call for hours on end untill one day the interview finally started. So i dicided to get up and leave after calling around 20 numbers. This all just seemed unorganised and unprofessional and in the meaanwhile there i was doing have a days work for free. I will never have a positive outlook on discovery again and will tell everyone that would consider working for them what had happened to me.
