I am beyond frustrated with plush car wash at Tiffany’s shopping centre in salt rock, KZN! Took my 1 week old car to have washed and they scratched the **** out of my screen! I emailed photos to head office and the woman tells me there is nothing they can do and they have video footage of them using micro fibre cloths! Yes, the SAME cloth they use to wipe the mats with! We watched them! Will never use them again and would advise people to check their vehicles thoroughly once done!
Honestly, 1 star is more than they deserve. I ordered a laptop on the weekend online. R8k later. Said it'll be delivered within 3 days. I get a call at 4pm yesterday (already 3 days later-expecting it to be delivered by today, saying there is no stock and they don't know what to do. I need that laptop as a matter of urgency. I have spoken to about 12 different consultants telphonically, via emial and on FB messanger (which is extremely unprofessional and rude) I want a full refund as ive ordered one from Takealot where the service is always excellent. It's 5 days later. I have absolutely no correspondence saying when ill be getting my refund. I am 16k down now from their incompetence and no laptop to ehoe for it. I will out of a matter of principle never buy a thing from hifi corporation 😒 Con artists of note!!!
Honestly the most tedious experience of my life dealing with YOCO. I can see why bigger businesses don't use them. begging for over a week for as consultant to contact me with regards to their POS system and to let me know what my rate will be based off the shops monthly income. nothing!!! now i get told its 3.4% but my business card transactions are well over a certain amount a month and should be half of that. Im taking over the shop tomorrow with plans of using yoco and this has put alot of stress on me to now get another companies machine in. I will be returning my device and going with someone else. YOCO is pathetic!!!!!
So I've been trying to change over to sizwe medical aid for 2 months now. So far, not impressed with the lack of service to just get signed up. I called last week to ask a few questions before changing over since I've been with discovery for 30 years now. The sales department didnt even answer the phone after holding for over 20 minutes. I eventually got hold of another department who said they would get someone from sales to contact me back. A week later and still nothing!!! If it's so slack to sign up, how useless must your claims department be??? Very disappointed. It gets better I just emailed the complaints department on sizwes site. And it doesnt exist. What the hell is this place???
Best airline I have flown with. The staff from check in all the way to the flight attendants are super professional and friendly. All flights were on time and hassle free. I don't think I'll use another domestic airline again. A job well done
Pathetic service from makro. Baught a washing machine online. Had it installed and the machine is a dud. Hicence came out and said its faulty and makro must bring a new machine. They sent everything to makro and so did I. Its 2 weeks later and absolutely nothing!!! I'm taking my washing to the laundry mat because I now do not have a machine. I have a 2 Month old baby and a 6 year old. I will NEVER buy anything from makro again. Beyond annoyed!!! This is not how customers who spend tens of thousands of rands at this place should be treated. Your staff is incompetent!!
I was recently joyed to find out I'm pregnant. I went to a gynaecologist which is quite a distance away from me for as he is on the 'network' I'm in the classic smart plan. Which includes 8 consultations and 2 2d scans per pregnancy ASWEL as a list of blood tests. I told my broker I'm pregnant and asked if there is anything I need to do he said no. After my 1st appointment my drs appointment claim of R1700+ was declined. I then found out from the drs office I must register with discovery for the maternity benefits. Which I immediately did. Now their still refusing to pay out. Also with that i had all my bloods done of over R1700 which was ALSO rejected by discovery. This is day light robbery. I spoke to a broker who didnt inform me, neither does it say anywhere on any documents that I have that I have to do anything like this. Also who can register prior to confirmation by a gynaecologist that their pregnant. The app even makes you fill in the gynaecologists details before accepting it. Which at that time I didnt even have a dr yet. I want these claims paid back to me. I've been a loyal member since I was a child. If discovery fails to do this then I will be moving to another medical aid as this in my opinion is completely unethical.
My father couldn't breathe yesterday morning and was extremely pale. We phoned ipss medical and they went to him asap. They then took him to Umhlanga hospital from Ballito because that's where his Drs are (Dr Pharuk and Dr Naidoo) Umhlanga hospital refused to treat him without a fat deposit, then said he will also get charged for all tests as he is not 'IN' hospital. He said he couldnt pay anything now because he was rushed there in an ambulance. The arrogant woman tells my father 'Well that's the rule, dont you know the rules' like someone who was rushed to hospital was thinking about taking their credit card with??? Hes been to emergency a few times before this year and never experienced this, and always compliments the hospital and their staff, but this woman clearly doesnt have a clue what she is doing. He just had a major spinal operation a few days ago so surely they should book him in and contact his dr immediately. She just pulled up her shoulders and refused to contact his Drs. She basically shoved the form in his face and insinuated he must pay up or go. My father who is the most placide man was made to feel worthless which resulted in him leaving the hospital!! He was Standing in the blistering sun outside AFTER HAVING A MAJOR BACK OP WITH HIS BACK BRACE ON! That woman has got absolutely no discretion nor compassion for another human being. I expect action to be taken against her otherwise i will be taking this further to all news papers and media platforms. We pay alot of money monthly to ensure the 'best' possible treatment, the treatment he got yesterday is miles away from that.
Absolutely disgusted with Wesbank. I've been trying to get hold of them since before lockdown to discuss what's been going on with my vehicle. The vehicle was at Jeep Umhlanga for 7 months on a recall. I have sent wesbank numerous emails, SMS's and tried calling MANY MANY times with no success. We've started paying again and extra to catch up payments yet I'm getting harrassed by debt collectors. After sending them proof of all the attempts we've made to get hold of wesbank and asked for them to just extend our contract then lady said she'd get the man from wesbank to contact me directly. That NEVER happened. Now that want to come fetch the vehicle yet I am paying. I am so disgusted with wesbank service or should I say LACK OF!!! I am waiting for someone with some discretion to contact me to sort this out. It's not acceptable. Prior to this we never missed a single payment, wesbank should learn from other financial institutions how to treat their customers, they extended our contract without us even asking due to covid.
Game Ballito has the most rude and obnoxious managers. I went to buy 6 outdoor chairs. Which are R259. After scanning by the tills it showed R399 each. I told them it R259 and so did the staff get the woman manager kept making me wait like a fool. Eventually I left them and walked out. Last time I'll ever go there. Shocking!!!
