I was a bit taken a back by the price but after finishing there I felt it was well deserved. Huge property with a wide variety of animals. My favourite part was the monkey jungle where monkeys climbed over us as we asked the nice handler a million question. The feeding of penguins was another treat! Well fed animals and well maintained gardens and cages. Sanitisers everywhere. I used the toilets and have no complaints! Please support this great cause!
Under written by Hollard, Rogz pet insurance was affordable. I was upset however to read my breed of dog was excluded from certain benefits, when you ask me for my breed in order to quote I believe you should alert me that the breed I've entered is on an exclusionary list. None the less I did not have the policy very long when I needed to get rid of my dog. I had already given notice to cancel when I was requested to take the dog for blood test before they would accept him. I did the tests on my own account not expecting to be covered in my notice period but I thought I'd ask anyways because it's been a tough year and any refund would have helped. They were so friendly and helpful. My claim was handled quickly even though the rescue dogs history was partly unknown. I got most of my money back and I was really impressed with them. Highly recommended!
I have been scammed by these people!!! They owe me nearly R3,000! I ordered a TV (cheap price, I should have known!!). Received two emails to say they received my order and they were processing it, my delivery date was 12 Dec even though I placed my order on 28 Nov! We waited for so long to get this TV to my 94 year old grandmother whose TV broke and she has nothing to do with her time. I went to check the status online when the delivery date came and went with no word from them. Online it says my order is cancelled, I don't know why or when because they have not communicated with me at all. I have emailed them twice. Tried their online chat. Tried calling. Tried WhatsApp chat. No response and more importantly NO REFUND yet no service was delivered. If I don't get a response from this review I will have to open a case at the police station for theft under false pretences. Please do not buy from this online shop!!!
I have been receiving an extortionate amount of calls and smses from edgards/rcs stating I owe money. I know for a fact I do not owe money and when I log in online it confirms that. Please stop harassing me for money I do not owe. I have never taken out a card with RCS exactly for this reason, I just have a thank you card!
I called in on 13 July 2020 for a comparative quote on car insurance after seeing the adverti*****t for a R1500 cashback if they cannot beat my current policy cost. After a very extensive list of questions from a lovely lady, I think her name was Chantelle, the price was almost double my current policy and thus I asked for the link to claim their advertised cashback amount knowing I've been claim free for 6 years. I followed the link and uploaded my policy schedule. After an hour I got a call stating my policy needs to be from within the last 30 days, I was surprised the response was so speedy and my hopes were high that they would be true to their word. I followed the new link and uploaded my new documents which I had to request from my current insurance (14 July 2020). Since then it has been radio silence.... I emailed a follow up on 20 July 2020 with reference number 117840425, the response says you will be contacted within 24 hours. I waited. On 22 July 2020 I called in and was told by Kyle that it would need to be handled by the manager and I can expect a call back within 42 hours. I waited. I should have known they would never pay out the money and this adverti*****t is a scam to get our details probably so they can sell them off and make more money.

After being on hold for nearly an hour I am told that it is part of the new pricin guide, after using my ten free debit order etc you get charged. I have printed off my statement and I don't see how you have reached that amount. I want a complete breakdown of which transactions have contributed to that service fee. I already pay a monthly fee now I must pay AGAIN just to use my own account.</p> <p>Then I get through to princess at online banking, terrible attitute, basically just said tough when I wanted to opt out from using the banking app to recieve otps. Are you guys paying for my data? why must I pay MORE to use your service once again!!! What if I have no data left? I do not think it is fair to force these serves onto clients and make them pay for it. I made a booking with Skywise Airline last September for flights over Christmas and as every body knows they have been grounded and have requested clients claim from their bank to get a refund. I paid with my PLATINUM credit card so I thought that should be an easy enough as the services weren't rendered by the merchant. <br> <br> Last week Tuesday I emailed my dispute form, confirmation of my booking with Skywise, proof that they never flew on those days and confirmation of the new flights I had to book because of this whole ordeal. To date I haven't even received an acknowledgement email from yourselves. I called after 24hrs of sending the email and they confirmed they had received it, they were surprised I didn't receive an acknowledgement either but assured me someone will contact me soon regarding it. Still no contact.<br> <br> I need this refund sorted out immediately, please contact me urgently to explain the next steps and time frame. <br> <br> I am sure you understand the frustration we have been faced with already, we don't need additional grief on top of it.<br> Thank you
I constantly get SMS's and called by Homechoice despite me expressing the contact is unwanted. Today was the final straw. At 12:10 I get a call from 0873623848. Number 1 it sounds like a party is going on in the background and I have to say Hello twice before I get a response, the woman sounds completely fed up that she has to call another client. She says her selling line and before I can even ask her to take me off of the dialling list SHE HANGS UP ON ME!! Why would I ever want to be a customer when your staff treat people like this.<br> <br> Now for the last time please never contact me in future, I have never contacted you or given you my information and I want it taken off your system immediately! I emailed Brightwater regarding cancelling my contract as I have changed medical aid and cannot afford it without the discounts, Anele called me and explained the procedure, we agreed on a date, she explained the final cost and sent confirmation in writing. Unfortunately, an extremely high direct debit (without the discount) came from my account this month even though I had confirmation my contract was cancelled. I simply emailed Anele asking for information, she got back to me extremely quickly with a realistic time for the refund. True to her word I got the full refund shortly after. She was extremely helpful and kind, even though there was a mess up with the payment I am very happy with the way it was handled and it was a pleasure dealing with Anele.<br> Thanks again!
