Don’t bother with customer service. Essentially they can’t do anything. Only thing that works. You get something, return it in time for a refund or an exchange. Next day delivery only happens when they feel like it. When you don’t get your order on time. No one is worries. You must just wait. Tough sh*t for you. No one can expedite your order. Sold by a third party? Takealot is like “Sorry this item is sold by so and so”. No accountability. Even if the same item is available from other third party, you can’t get that either. Your “chosen” third party has to sort it out. Then what the hell is Takealot there for then?!
I sent my pc to evetech for repairs. (Won't start. Fans start spinning, then pc switches off) PC returned today with shockingly little padding, glass broken and my entire box is covered in shattered glass fragments. After spending 2 hours removing every glass piece, I plug my computer in, and computer won't start. Fans start spinning, the pc switch off. Oh, and they replaced my 1TB hard drive with 500 gig, and I'm very sure they still have my working hard drive in Joburg with all my data. And I had to pay courier for the "privilege". How are you still in business?
Phoned to confirm stock availability. Builders phone support confirmed they have 8 of the items in stock at Somerset West branch. I just drove 40 mins to get to Builders in Somerset West, only to be told they do not have stock. Now I have to drive home 40 mins again. Not acceptable. Phoned support to complain. No offer to resolve the problem, simple “I’m sorry”
Excellent service from Charles Reuvers from ISPA. I have been struggling since March with Supersonic to allocate payments to my fibre account. To no avail. In desperation, I asked for help from ISPA, and within a week, all my payments reflected. ISPA mediated the entire process. Cannot thank them enough. Charles is very professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I opened a new contract with Vodacom Online for convenience, and due to some good offers on a new iphone 11 pro max. I was told that the new phone will be delivered in 3 to 5 days. Upon following up this morning, since the delivery is overdue, I was told that the phone is on backorder, and will only be delivered once in stock. Really **** service. No one bothered to let me know that there is no stock. I can't collect in any store. I was not offered an alternative color that might have been in stock. Guess I'm to get my phone elsewhere.

I have an account with Aramex Global Shopper. Most of the time their service is OK. Not really very fast, but I can live with that. I have pre-ordered a special item from a company in Australia (at special introductory price) on the 15th of December 2017. This item shipped out as soon as the stock became available from the 22nd of December. However my order's stock in the cue was only available on the 15th of January 2018, upon which the company sent it to Aramex in Australia. I checked the tracking on the order regularly, since I was obviously excited to get this item. I noticed there was a hold on the shipping, since they did not have the invoice, so I promptly sent the invoice. Later I noticed that there is no more movement on the tracking page, and the last entry was on the 31st of January. Upon further investigation, I learnt that Aramex has lost my parcel. The worst of the whole ordeal is that Aramex has never once made contact with me. The only way I received any information was when I contacted them. I have left messages for Katleho Motloung to call me back, and I've sent an email for her to call me, but to no avail. I have to phone and insist on holding on for assistance. I have also left a message for the manager to call me, and I'm still waiting. Now, the items I pre-ordered, and waited for for the last 2 months has been sold out world wide. I have contacted Australie, UK, USA, Germany, France and Asia distributors. I also will have to now pay the regular price, since the introductory offer is no longer available. They did offer me a discount today, so that they can simply wash their hands from this problem. Now I have to re-order the same product at the higher price. Aramex does not care, and I have to go in the back of the pre-order cue again. Don't expect personalized good service from this company. They are only interested in your money. Nothing else.
