What a pathetic year on year experience with Apple. Order new iPhone 17 Pro Max 2TB. My contract can upgrade 1st October. Sorry we are not allowed to keep phones until the 1st of October. It is 14 days away, yet I ask can you confirm you have stock of the 2tb, I cannot deny or confirm we have stock. BS tactics APPLE!! Not smart, not good customer service at all. Cheap apologies!! Meaningless
Pathetic is not even the word that describes this bunch. They have my money, the driver had 2 failed attempts yet according to them I just need to sit and wait! ***********, unskilled company indeed
Pathetic service. I moved from iphone 15 to 16, one number connected to my watch. Now I am billed for a service that is not working? How can Vodacom justify this ********* business behaviour? How can I be charged for something they have a technical issue with? This is not acceptable and the Ombudsman need to investigate Vodacom for these ********* deals
I would like to thank Cobra Puma Golf and Don Wolmarans for exceptional customer service. They went totally above and beyond replacing a 2 year old Speedzone driver that cracked. Out of warranty replaced with Rad Speed head. My son will most definitely enjoy the change. Don you truly showed me there is still customer service in South Africa. I truly want to salute you for the seriousness and professionalism in which you handled this case.
The most useless brand I’ve ever dealt with. Quick to sell. Services and parts BMW pricing. Stay very far away from this brand. Logged a complaint, nothing happened. Useless African Company
4DX Shoes. Stay away. Biggest sh** money can buy. Shoes hardly used, material starting to disintegrate. R5000 for a pair of shoes. Mailed my concern to Fadwah Adams who blew me off like old toast. Sorry our policy is only valid for 6 months. No wonder Nike will stay the best. Pathetic shoes for excessive price!
Makro is not honest about SMEG products. I wrote a review and posted it. For review we unfortunately cannot post your review. So buying products online at Makro is not honest as reviews are not posted at all.
Bought red SMEG gas kettle. 6 months old. Paint pealing, cracking from cheap ****! Guess who is to blame? My wife! The flames are burning the kettle! Wow. Overrated product! Overpriced and cheap Chinese ****. Stay away! My whole house is SMEG, Defy would have been a better option. They are not keen on their warranty policy and blame the customer for everything.
Really disgusted with VOX in every way. Moved 2 fibre lines from MWEB due to pathetic customer service. VOX wins the race of no customer service indeed. Over promise, under deliver. What a pathetic company. Full weekend, no internet. Smart Home, everything down. Ghost town after numerous promises of “it will be quick”. 3 days later still not connected. Welcome to “I really do Apologise” valley!!
