I recently placed an order online and paid for it as the website shows that they had stock order number LSWC ********** 11 which was paid on the 22nd march 2019 I cannot understand how there is no stock in the whole country and why does the website show stock when there's nothing this is unacceptable
I am very irritated as nobody has come back to me i bought a full chicken which I asked for mild with 4 sharing sides and a mealie I got home to realise the chicken Is more bones then anything as I had no electricity and we were hungry we ate the chicken it didn't even have sauce on the chicken it tasted like nothing I phoned the new market mall branch this morning spoke to thandi who says she is the manager and tells me she will only replace the chicken which I think is not fair as you pay R240.00 for a meal and its hardly chicken on it I think my meal should be replaced they took my slip as well this is unacceptable

I have been under debt review with debt safe and payments were supposed to be done to rcs and they have been paid to supa quick Rustenburg which is the wrong account I am now trying to get hyphen to pay my money back and they could get the money back from supa quick and just getting the run around I have been emailing ********** and ********** and not getting any assistance just the run around I want my money refunded to me from hyphen and they can fight with supa quick. supa quick also says they only received R8152 and R10029 was paid to them I think I need to get my lawyers involved this is really unprofessional service I am frustrated and irritated sort this out this is unacceptable and I think I will get newspapers involved as Mr Malan from supa quick says he has contacted you about incorrect payments I want the money paid back to me asap or I will be taking you to the newspapers and my lawyer will be involved

on the 10th of may I applied for a dstv price lock it was approved the same day I phoned back a week later to find out what was going on the lady told me my decoder would be delivered the Friday there was no communication from dstv that they had not received the relevant documentation I then followed up once again and then was told I need to send a proof of banking and copy of my id which I did still no communication until yesterday when I received a document to say I need to fill in a 3rd party debit order form as I share a bank account with my wife which I have signing power on and now I must wait another 7 to 10 days to receive my decoder this is shocking service from dstv this is unacceptable service from a company such as dstv wake up
i have a supa quick rcs account and I went under debt review the debt company has made 9 or 10 payments on this account the account has now been handed over to daly credit I have explained to them as well as emailed statements to ********** showing the payments on the account I have also emailed ********** to assist me I get no feedback from them and am constantly harassed and there is no solution been made to this I would like to carry on paying this account but they need to sort out the R10029.00 that has already been paid and I will carry on paying once this has been sorted out
I was contacted by a person from retentions @ mtn and I explained it was from there online shop I was told that mike would get in contact with me and still nothing I am sick of getting the run around and problem beign swept under the carpet I am taking this to the newspapers as false advertising this is unacceptable easy to debit my account every month but there is no customer service
i went on mtn shop on Sunday and saw a deal on a Samsung s 8 plus and a gear fit pro 2 I have contacted mtn via social media and was told that someone would contact me nothing has been done as yet I want the deal as it shows on there mtn website mtn service is pathetic and disgusting a customer for more than 6 or 7 years gets treated as if they are nothing I spend over a R1200 a month with mtn and you don't even have the decency to contact me this is pathetic
