Went to FNB Southgate branch was assisted by a lady called Masingita because my account was put on hold meaning under investigation she referred my case to a lady called Lerato. The patience and assistance that I got from these ladies was out of this world. They helped me I was able to draw money and get home. Thank you to them will never forget them. I hope they get the rewards they deserve.

Customer Service is a problem. Changed my subscription now paying R700.00 was told it included catchup but dololo when I call I am received by RUDE agents
1. They took my car whilst my "arrears" is still not resolved 2. I was sent an email but now I am in the middle of 2 employees who do not know who to refer my query to. I do not know who else to contact.
I called 10 times from 09/11/2021 & emailed my account is still not resolved & now they taking a car that I have paid for 4 years for. Worst service ever R300k down the drain & THEY DONT CARE THEY DONT WANT TO HELP SO MY ACCOUNT CAN BE RESOLVED I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL SOMEONE HEARS MY CRY
After a whole day of not getting help with my statement reconcilliation, the threats are still continuing. Now I am told an agent is getting the car that I have been paying or I am getting a court order. I spoke to Nicole, Daniel Laura all cutting me off.
I dont know if anyone is able to assist. I call this service every month and today I got a call from a lady who told me I made 23 arrangements and have never honored my arrangement mind you my phone records conversations,. 23!. My drama with this account started in May 2021, my errears was R11 054.00 they were due by 15 May so before 15th on 8th I paid R16 000.00. Which left me with a credit of R4956.00. I called and confirmed this and some lady confirmed for me that my account was in good standing. On top of my credit end 28 June 2021 I paid R5000.00 as that was my instalment for the month. Mind you I still have a credit of R4276 and this credit shows on my detailed statement and not on monthly statement not sure how or why. In July 2021 I paid R4000.00 instead of R5680.00 which will leave my credit at R2592.00 in August 2021 I paid R3700.00 on top of credit of R2592.00 which will leave my credit with 684.00. I dont know who does the accounts I dont know anymore who to speak to who will fix this account. This lady that called today tells me the bank wants R20k now she is not willing to listen. me calling monthly for this account is not her interest. she wants to take the car that I have paid close to R300k thus far.
To cut a long story short I won groceries for my kids yesterday. I still can not believe. On my way there I kept on saying I need a miracle as I dont work and was going to use my last money. So so so happy thank you!
Yesterday I called to withdraw my Share saver and invested. I was kept holding for 10 minutes my airtime finish with no luck of speaking to anyone. I then opened my app chat and was told to email or call again even when I told the person that I held for 10 min. I then sent them and email yesterday and got an auto response.
