Poor service from Online department

BAD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!!!!!
Twice in a row, very bad service. Gifts delivered two days after delivery date - 1 balloon was flat and just pushed in a box and the other delivey - flowers were nearly dead. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them!!!

Sandwich Baron Edenvale
I have bought a Cheese and Biscuit platter from Sandwich Baron Edenvale. I have paid R410 for this platter and I have given the driver a tip of R41? When the platter arrived the biscuits were all over the place, and it looks like the cheese were in the sun and not cut but torn, and the rest is all over the place. This is really unacceptable and a total rip off! This platter is never for 10 – 12 people. I honestly are very disappointed and will not order from Sandwich Baron again.

Poor service
We have bought a Hisense Fridge from Makro. We have had problems with this fridge since the beginning and all that Makro said is that Hisense must sort it out! They have send a technician but he just damaged the fridge even more! We have so far lost 3 sets of groceries!!!! Poor service!!!!!!
