Bad service
I bought a prepaid sim card for data only as an emergency. The sim card is for my router. I tried to obtain a number for the sim card to buy more data. I called the customer support asking if I give them the puk number if he can give me number? He then told me he is not allowed to give me the number?????? The sim card is Rica in my name why can't he give me the number like all the other networks are doing. I am shocked and furious. Know I understand why I never dealt with Cell C before. Their service is very vert bad to say the least

I would like to write a review about Cartrack. I just forgot to switch the deactivate the alarm when I got bank into my car. My phone rang knowing it's the "machine with options" so I just drop the call. Seconds later Nwabisa Mzingelwa calls to confirm if everything is fine. Thank you Cartrack for the excellent service. I'm happy to be part of you. Keep up the good work 👏

Put in my claim for car accident on Thursday. Three days later everything authorized and approved to get my car repaired. Definitely an insurance you can count on. Very competitive premiums. Thank you

Bad service
Very bad service. Any excuse not to pay out a claim. Please do not even ask for a quote- run away as far as you can. Very quick to take your money. Actually sad that there are businesses out there who just want to steal from the public
