Warranty is useless
Lot's of reference numbers but no action. Dishwasher is still under warranty and broken but no service. Warranty is therfore useless.

very creative with excuse for not delivering
Driver arrived when I was not home. (should verify) Cannot reschedule as the address is wrong (driver was already at "wrong" address). Cannot reschedule as it takes a day to change the address(it is not wrong). Wonder what the next excuse going to be ?

Low price = Low quality
Low price and low quality. It falls apart in your hands. Have returned item and patiently waiting for replacement. Hopefully not the same inferior quality.

VUMATEL has no vuma
NETFLIX and Samsung blames ISP and the ISP blames VUMATEL. Now changing ISP but unfortunately cannot change away from VUMATEL. Will NETFLIX work ?
