I have ordered a gift voucher for my friend for her birthday on the 28th May still haven't been able to use
The service received from Mafadi is absurd and disgusting I was dealing with Jacques Botha the portfolio Manager for MidrandVillage. He was rude and does not deliver to his promises. I could not eve escalate him to anyone since Mafadi had no escalation route. Disgusted Homeowner
pathetic service received from the store in bronckostspruit. No feedback given constantly have to call the to find out how far is the process.Went to the store 3 times to sign some documents.. Was waiting for a debicheck to come through. Their customers care no help at all a lady spoke to me as if I am no customer at all just put me on hold without letting me know that she is busy with the complaint .I have never seen such service. Why sell online when you can't even deliver or lie about your delivery. 1st communication was the delivery van broke down while coming to me to deliver then someone returned the item after a week I was told the item got lost in transit. Absurd Service will be very hard to trust
Ordered good online. On the 25 Nov 2019 delivery was mentioned that it takes 5-7 working days. However when I followed up on the 5 December 2019 I was told that, My goods were delivered on the 26th November 2019, They mentioned that they tried calling me but in vain. No missed call was received on the date mentioned. I was confused how a company can lie about goods being deliver only when you follow up. I was also angry about the fact no one seemed to know where is my delivery. This attitude and impression should be changed for a better customer experience
Bought flowers for my mom. On the 19th Did not receive.. Till today. When you contact them never available.. Writing this review to make other people aware of this FloristWeb is a no go area
I have called the customer care on no. ********** 043, 4 times today, And I was not helped to my satisfaction. The so called security questions are stupid and undated, How can you ask me security questions based on my 5 year old profile, and no alternative whatsoever from your end to improve customer experience, All I wanted to do is to settlement figure to settle my loan account, Was that too much to ask.
