I am extremely frustrated and concerned after noticing that Nu Debt Management has debited my bank account without my consent. I have no agreement, no account, and no dealings with this company. I’ve never signed anything, nor have I given them permission to access my banking details. This is a completely unauthorised debit. When I tried to call them to sort this out, my call was cut off, and no one has called me back since. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially when dealing with people’s finances. I want answers: Why are you debiting my account? Where did you get my banking information? Why is no one responding to me? I expect an immediate refund of the amount you took and a written explanation. If this isn’t resolved ASAP, I will take this further with the bank, ombudsman, and possibly report this as *****. Sort this out!!

I am writing with sadness and regret. This company is a ****, no interest on its clients as it claim to promote talent. It is a money making **** in disguise. I accepted a R55k offer to Dubai my only 13 year old daughter. I shouldn’t have after this unpleasant experience. First of all this amount quote is a total *******, I paid this amount for 4 of us accompanying her now do the maths. Today am told R55k is not enough I need to pay an extra R7k, this R55k only covers one dinner for one child imagine. They claimed that the quote was based on R11k for flights, hotels will be shared. Visa I was told that they are the one to apply for my daughter imagine😭only for them to charge R3400, make it make sense for a 13yr yet we paid R1100 each for our other young kids. So they claim 3x the amount and insist apply via them, bear be in mind on their T’s and C’s one can book own visa and I have read reviews where parents did own visas though its a group tour. I finished tour payments in July, today am told stories to top up and guess what by 16th Oct, where the hell am I supposed to get such money. The company does not care at all, all they want is money from parents. Their policy is for them nothing protects the clients. I have proof that flights have been book already they shared this info with me already, but today price fluctuations stories. No such because I booked a trip to Dubai and have been checking all prices. Even if they claim group reduced in size, the company retains money when clients cancel therefore they are still covered for such alterations. These people lie and lie as if they are dealing with inexperienced people. I regret accepting this.

The frustration I have from vodacom refusing to cancel my contract of 36months. They’ve been debiting my acc. I called Vodacom and spoke to a rude and unprofessional young man by name Tyson who refused to cancel my contract and giving me lengthy story and I told him to cancel and I was not interested in any other service. To make things worse at the end of the call where he asked me to rate his service he did not put me through rating options bcz he knew its poor. I waited and call ended Ref he gave me 5-36111480027759 on 01 March 2024 at 08h10. Number in question is 0826185816
I am fuming right now I ordered to items online from clicks on the 29th of November and opted for pickup at nearest clicks.ie Cape Gate. The item were set to take 2 to 3 working days. I decided to follow up today, I am told my items are part of the backlog. So I tell the guy I need these items as they are the gifts for tomorrow's function. All he kept on telling is "unfortunate, unfortunate" that cannot be facilitated. I asked the guy if I can collect the items myself from their depot he also tells me that is also unfortunate. I asked him to give me solution given the problem at hand as I had proposed solution to pick up item still nothing. What kind of incompetence from clicks staff. to give me scripted solution. He later ask me if he should log the call or not. Am I the one to tell him what to do when customer is report a problem. I need my items by tomorrow. 0781095630
I am fuming as I am writing this. I signed up for 20GB with Telkom for R249. All was fine until April where I receieved an Invoice for R749 I called Telkom was given senseless explanation about limit which i never signedup for and never used it. Lady I spoke said she is takin the limit off. We are in May I am still getting R749. I want to cancel the contract with them they are crooks and opportunists during this pandemic.
I am furious.I cancelling my contract in April following voice prompt.no action was taken.ask whats the point of that self service to cancel.I followed up in May and specifically gave instructions.Call centre agent assured me that it was cancelled bt still no.They keep on billing my acc and giving me airtime for two months now.I am not going to pay for that i never used it.And if Vodacom dare list my.name as slow payer after 24months which i never skipped.payment. they will regret this. they shouldask MTN abt me.
