What a horrible school, teachers are rude the principal is the leader of rudeness. They forced me to pay for a book my child never received, oh and guess what I reported him to the district and they protected him. I guess it's over and done with this country where *******ion is acceptable. The district chose to ignore me and took sides and never investigated my claim.
I am literally fuming and very dissapointed. I have been calling 2 days in a row made a total of 18 calls spoke to diffent people from different departments asking for a meer letter that contains a course content that I did back in 2018 Tha also highlights the NQF credits for each of them. 10 of these calls were dropped after a conversation 8 of them from being sent from pillar to post. No one knows how to help me. No one understands or wants to understand, the last call I made was to ask for at least a prospectus in a PDF form, that call was also dropped. It seems in this entire organisation.only one person does their job which the receptionist she took my calls each time. Until now I don't have any of these documents and it's day 2 of requesting 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
This review is long overdue. I have tolerated Clicks Killerney Johannesburg's nonsense for so long. Most of the time I have shooed here I observed that I tems are mostly incorrectly priced on the shelves and get surprised only when you get to the paypoint, very slow cashiers, the list is endless. I promise you this was the last time I buy from CLICKS, my order number is 240827-001-1097. This order came short. I went to Killerney seeing that a the remainder of the order was ready for collection via the app. I get there I stand a good 20 minuits while they chat, finally when someone who was working at the other tills came to assist me. I really couldn't understand why this happened as there were two people standing and chatting behind the counter. The most irritating part is that this guy now asked me for a pin which was never sent to me, but when you log on the app it says ready for collection, and guess what ? I wasted my time there for nothing as this guy couldn't help me either, I did not get what I came for, keep my money CLICKS since I am so fed up of this branch !!!
1. They never take calls from customers , it's been two weeks of calling without success. After trying for ages got hold of them. 2. They gave me empty promises that they will refund me (Order REF # 11520) because they delivered my online order short of an item. 3. No feedback to date , zero communication i give up take my money then KARMA knows everyone's address.
Had to take may 6 month old Jack Russel MILO in January whom i really thought she would die as she was ****ing blood. We had travelled from JHB for holidays, Milo's case was handled promptly everyone in the facility was literally involved , turns out MILO's condition was treatable i am very grateful. To top things up they even called me after two days to check on her progress AMAZING, why cant SPCA's in JHB do the same ?
I am not okay , since I am being treated like a fool and sent around like I am stupid. I sent money into the business account last week on Tuesday already. Why am I being sent around from pillar to post for my smash and grab that I '' PAID'' for ???? I spoke to Busi @ the Phumula branch to make an arrangement to have the smash and grab installed only on saturday. She is now telling me that she needs time to have the window collected and sent for the installation and then sent back , how many months or years do you need to have this done . The manager at Phumula felt insulted when I said this is what you get for supporting black owned business last week. Today we have to fight again for short service ? When I instructed them to refund me, they read and ignored my messages. This is ******* !!!!!! sort this **** NOW !!!! I am done begging for service I did not waste time paying for it !!!!!
I am literally disgusted particularly KF SPRUITVIEW , i walked in the shop this morning. There was ONLY two people working. One on the drive through side, the other was on the tables assisting customers with the APP. The one at the front said i must use the screen at the door to buy as there was no one at the counter. That thing never even issued a slip. When i was done , i was hoping to see someone preparing my order and nothing was happening. I asked the lady that helped me if it was only the two of them, she basically ignored me and never answered. Seeing that no one is making my order , i left without my food or service . And worst of all i reported this to the KFC call centre, the audacity of the agent !!! she told me i have to bring a BANK statement to prove that i paid for the food !! Is it my fault that the screen never gave me a slip ? is it my fault that only 2 people worked in the shop ? is it my fault that i received no service come on now !!!

ON MY ****ING LAST POST I SAID I WILL NOT PAY SO MUCH BECAUSE YOU BREACHED YOUR OWN ****ING CONTACT AND GAVE ME A PANIC THAT DOES NOT WORK !!!!!! I AM SENDING THIS MATTER TO THE MOTOR INDUSTRY OMBUDSMAN , YOU'RE TAKING CHANCES MESSING WITH MY CREDIT RECORD AND MAKING ME LOOK LIKE A BAD PERSON ****EN **** !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Firstly i am on a MX3 contract and i was provided with a panic button and it also comes with a tow service. Last year in November i had a breakdown i pressed the button on numerous occasions and no one called. I tried logging onto the app by copying the credentials that were sent to me via e mail. They did not work , had no cash in my pocket and stood on the side of the road from 11 am until i got help from random people on the street at 16:00 . I managed to get airtime and called the call centre , by this time i was very upset as i was sick and just left the hospital when a lady answered she was rude and when i asked for a tow truck she said they'll only pay for R500 per 100kms for the truck. I asked her whey is it that i was only finding that out then and why is it that when they make us sign they do not mention this. When i asked her about the panic, that why is it that i was never called she said they did not receive my panic . As we were speaking i kept on pressing it and she still did not receive it. I was so furious and asked her what is it that i was paying for then if the panic does not work and cannot get a tow truck . She expressed that the people on the field for marketing don't thoroughly explain things to people. I instructed her that instant to cancel that contract and tow truck because that is a ******* . What exactly am i paying for the SMS's i receive ? I cannot be paying a full price for for a quarter of the service. I then received an e mail, stating that if i want to cancel the contract i must pay R1800 of a settlement amount. I wrote them an e mail stating that i will not do such we were fine and paying accordingly before i knew i was walking around with a useless button. I sent an e mail asking them to send me a new panic, they ignored it. I sent another one asking when i will receive my new panic , no answer . I sent a third one warning them that i will stop their debit order until i receive feedback . I still did not receive any correspondence. What they are doing now its that they are listing me negative on my credit report . They *****ulently debit my account even after stopping it by returning with unique references each time. MATRIX DO NOT **** WITH ME !!!!! WHO THE HELL BRIDGED THE CONTRACT ME OR YOU !!!! IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH A WORKING ****EN PANIC AND TOW TRUCK AND A WORKING APP , WHAT THE **** AM I PAYING YOU FOR ??? WHY ARE YOU ****EN *****ING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT ???? SURELY YOU'RE NOT CHARGING ''ONLY'' FOR SO MUCH FOR LOUSY SMS's. I AM ORDERING YOU THIS INSTANT TO ****EN REMOVE THE NEGATIVE LISTING ON MY CREDIT REPORT THIS INSTANT !!!!!!! CANCEL YOUR STUPID CONTARCT !!!!!!! FETCH YOUR STUPID DEVICE !!!! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN SORTED EARLY IF ANYONE FOLLOWED UP ON MY E MAILS , BUNCH OF ****** !!!!!! I would like to take this opportunity, to thank the nursing staff @ NETCARE NEW MARKET section 4 ward 12. I was initially admitted on the 14th November , the treatment was amazing, the kindness , and understand was the order of each day. I would like to mention the below names. 1. Sister Mashazi 2. Sister Tshidi 3. Sister Victoria 4. Nurse Mbonani 5. Lerato in the kitchen, girl your food was amazing all the time The above are just a few names I can recall, but the entire staff are beautiful souls. Thank you for treating me well 💕💗🙏
