I have made a purchase from Max Motorsport and EPX is the courier company to deliver my purchases. The package was handed over to them on 15 December and it has still not been delivered even though is has been at the Johannesburg facility from the 17th of December. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift...
I have recently purchased a new house and I am unable to activate my services on fibre because of the previous owners lease. I have sent all the needed documentation and it has been 2 weeks back and forth that my fibre services will be active within 24-48 hours but nothing happens because Vumatel is blocking the transfer to my name.
I've requested an upgrade to my fibre and got into contact with WebAfrica to upgrade my speed from 10mbps to 50mbps. It has been 5 working days where I've been billed for 50mbps but still running 10mbps. I've been in contact with technical support and they have not been helfull at all.
I accidentally made a wrong payment towards an account and to reverse the eft transaction Nedbank charges R394.67. I find this to be daylight robbery because on other banking app you can reverse the payment by yourself if it was paid incorrectly . The amount that i needed to pay is almost the same price as the reversal.

I contacted Edgars contact centre to request Edgars to stop spamming me with promotions and that I would like to only receive my bill via email... The person that assisted me stated that if I opt out on the promotions emails that I will not receive my bill anymore and that I will have to phone in for the amount outstanding. I requested that my bill get send via post and I was informed that Edgars only uses the email feature. I am not satisfied with this service because I did not ask to be sent promotional emails.
I bought a new 2014 Ford Figo Ambiente... Or so it seemed. After 10 months I noticed that the boot lid is busy chipping paint. I reported the matter to Ford and Ford conducted a test on the vehicle for paint defects.<br> Its been 3 months since the test was done and Francois Wiid stated that the report that was conducted on the vehicle was handed to Ford South Africa.<br> I contacted Ford South Africa and Ofentse stated over the phone that only parts of the report can be sent to me and refused to send me the full report.<br> It has been 6 days with no answer on when I will be receiving my report and I contacted Ford and Ofentse is unavailable to take my calls.<br> Ford must be hiding something by refusing to send me the full report.
