I am quite frustrated with the situation regarding my car. Firstly, King Price failed to assess the vehicle before it was taken, which is concerning. Secondly, it was mistakenly sent to the wrong city for repairs, causing further delays. I have now been waiting for nearly over two months for my car to be returned. Additionally, the assessor's communication has been unprofessional; I received a message stating that the repair company is remaining open solely for my vehicle, despite my inquiry about the excessive three-week wait for a simple spray job. Meanwhile, I have been incurring rental costs, which have become quite burdensome, even with the two weeks of coverage provided by King Price. It is frustrating to hear my car sitting idle while no progress is made.
Worst service ever, called the agent this morning to see if we can deliver the parcels earlier.... long story short cause she did not read the message properly and the attitude was like it's not her problem!!! we waisted our time and double paid... now to get a refund out of the courier guy they asking for all unnecessary documentation to make it difficult to get your money back
do not buy from Takealot... they deliver wrong and cheaper items, you are not even allowed to open your package before paying COD... when you do want to open the driver grabs the package and tells you to pay. Second order with them and it's WRONG and cheap
Pudo is really dropping the ball lately, they lost my parcel, then they had the wrong lock number, when I sent my lock number. had to wait 2 days then you get the manager to call you... SO RUDE AND ARRIGANT even their emails are aggressive!!! Does not matter how much money you spend with them they treat you like dirt!
would not recommend them AT ALL their cars are dangerous and Renault is fullyawear of the faults but do not own up to their mistake of selling these cars to customers when you complain and warn people on social media Renault deletes the complaint and blocks the customer!!!

So when a customer has a complaint you BLOCK them so they don't warn other customers Went on Renault SA complaining about the Kigers, which are very dangerous cars to drive, all you get is can we have your phone number and they get a manager to call and then you have to CONSTANTLY send your car in for services These cars have so many issues, revs high, battles to accelerate, has no power on up hills or flat roads, oil leaks, rattles, horrible grinding noise, everything is braking in the car 😱 My advise do more research and see how many complaints are going around on Google not just their social media RENAULTS ARE DEATHS TRAPS
I am so annoyed, I sent a message to your Hi Facebook store yesterday, they told me to go into the store, now the sales consultant wants me to book the phone in which will take 7 days 😱 all my business stuff is on the phone how do I manage my business with no phone and for 7 days this is utter nonsense ... Phone is not more than 12 days old... It's freezing and I showed the sales consultant who also saw the fault, and it's making a system running noise. If it's doing this after 12 days what is it going to do next month, or a year.... So I trusted you to give me a 100% working phone and now this happens? And then I must put my business on hold for a week or more cause you want to try fix a brand new phone that I will be stuck with....
Out of all the years I have shopped at checkers I have NEVER been stopped by the security to check my shopping Shopped at fourways checkers for over 18 years and Saturday I got stopped by the security guard to check my whole trolley which everything was packed in checkers bags. I asked her are you seriously going to check my whole slip and she laughed, i asked her is this the normal and she again shrugged her head and carried on looking threw the packets and slip... I then raised my voice and asked her is this going to take long, I don't see you stopping anyone else, she then threw the slip at me and walked away... Shocked as I was I stood there for a while to see if she was checking all the customers which she didn't SERIOUSLY!!!! If your security tag system is not working why must your paying customers get treating like thieves Or if your security guards are just stopping random people they must explain why!

Then you FINALLY get threw to the right department and they tell you to go to a branch WE GIVE YOU ALOT OF MONEY AT LEAST YOU CAN DO IS SORT OUT YOUR SYSTEM PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!
Renault kigers horrible cars, grinding noise when you reverse and move forward and apparently this is normal as to Renault... Car is slow and battles on pull off which makes it very dangerous when there is traffic heading your way Don't touch these cars, they are death traps and you will constantly be at Renault service department!!! NOTE: EVERY WEEK THERE IS A COMPLAINT ON RENAULTS FACEBOOK, And every time Renault takes it off and BLOCKS the person...
