Over 2 hours holding for "customer service", overcharged and impossible to speak to anyone, Mweb should be your last choice in anything,rather use ***eons as a service provider
Exceptionally poor service, their fibre goes down at least once a month, always the same pronplem, make you do ridiculous processes and their helpline is totally ***********, Always jist requires a reboot of the line, which they wont do until youve followed their "troubleshooting" process, Impossible to speak to anyone who is competent
Be warned this "business" is a ****, take your money, send you a tracking number that doesnt exist, No phone numbers, no replies to emails, just take your money and run
Absolutely useless service Ordered a printer online with a promise it would be delivered today. Their online system indicates the order is processed and scheduled for delivery When following up im told the order hasnt been processed and will not be delivered even though they have received the money
Absolutely useless, zero customer service, zero support for outages, randomnly goes down for days with no explanation and no response after a call is logged, If your area only has TT Connect as the last mile service provider rather go with a wireless operator and save yourself the pian of dealing with this total incompetence
Why do insurers insist on using PG Glass, their service is absolutely shocking, You can only communicate with them on whatsapp and they make.all kinds of excuses why they cant do the job, A whole day wasted in trying.to get an emergency repair when i could habe spent the time finding a.competent repairer who wants the work
If younare thinking of Afrihost, dont! Absolute incompetence, their "Helpline" is absolutely diabolical and there are constant service outages with zero support
After two weeks odlf intermitent or no comnection i was told by the "help" centre there is nothing i can do if i dont like their shocking service because they are the only provider in our area, Now sat an entire weekend without connection spending a fortune on data and still paying for their non existent service. If TT connect is the operator in your area stay away and look for an LTE service.provider
A shocker of a service provider, whenever you see their van in your area you can expect your.connection to go down for days and you cant get hold of anyone to assist, 3 days without connection and no response, Just end up usong your own data at massive costs
Despite their hollow reply to attend to my complaint they have done nothing and instead i am receiving even more harrassing sales calls, Clearly an organisation that just makes comments to appease complaints on Hellopeter but does absolutely nothong to rectify tue problem, Now its time for a formal complaint with the regulator
