So far I do not regret investing with Fedgroup, but at the moment I am frustrated, because they never answer their phones. It seems as if it goes into a loop, returning you to the first options every time although you have made a choice. When sending an email, you get an automatic response to say they've received your request and someone will get back to you soon or within two business days. I've even requested via my app and still no response. What is the use you invest in a company and there is no communication when you request it.
Cell C's security check is a joke. I phoned Cell C's customer support because I could not send SMS's. The first time I phoned I passed. Then I phoned them again because the issue was not resolved. I gave them the same answers and failed. I phoned them again later and failed again. Then I phoned them the fourth time with the same information and I got through. They could not resolve my issue and referred it to a higher level of support. They said it will take some time [not sure if 24 or 48 hours] but they will phone me back to help resolve the issue. TODAY [7/06/2025] they phoned me back and guess what? They had to do a security check and I failed. THEY PHONED ME !!!!!!! and because of their stupid security check they could not help me. That is pathetic. Are these people competent or what? Or is there a flaw in their system. If the system is voice activated then there is a serious issue.
I ordered pizza for somebody as a gift. The order never arrived. I gave them the contact number of the person to receive the order. The receiver confirmed the driver never phoned them, never was at their door. I tried to contact the driver. He disconnected my call. After that I received a message on the app telling me the order had been completed, with a picture of a pizza box, I contacted their help center and lodged my complaint. The responded a day later with the following message: Hi Jakobus, We reviewed your order again and can confirm that it isn’t eligible for a refund. The delivery partner followed our policy and waited the required amount of time at the delivery address before marking the order as completed. -Uber Support I lost the pizza and my money and this is their attitude. I will never use them again. This is a ****. Worst of the worst.
Ran out of airtime on two of my phones trying to wait in a long queue. Tried their whatsapp service. Just as pathetic. No success getting through for an answer on a request.
I contacted the company through WhatsApp. I guess it was their head office. They assured me somebody will contact me. The day is past on no-one contacted me yet.
Today it must have been the worst support experience I've had in a long time. I called Mweb for support regarding why online services are so slow. Only to be told I'm 44th in the line. Then tried to log on online. Because I seldom access my account I forgot my password. So, I requested a password reset. They indicated I would be sent an OTP to my registered cellphone number, I Never received it. Next I tried the Mweb App, guess wha, password reset requires an OTP that would be sent to my cellphone. Well it never came. I phoned them again this time thinking let me phone, sales. Perhaps I will have a better chance getting through. I waited 10 minutes on my cellphone. Got through, spoke to the sales agent, explained my situation. She told me she would gladly put me through the technical department. Guess what, I went through "You are now 40+ in the queue. What a waste! Terribly disappointed.
This is one company I can recommend. Their pricing is good and their service excellent. Ordered a lga12700 processor. Couriered overnight to me. Keep it up.
A water leak outside our premises was reported on 7 September by myself. Even before that (a week or two before) the same water leak was reported by another individual who works for the City of Cape Town. Today is the 20th of September, the leak still remains. I have also followed it up with more than one call, to no avail.
Contacted Telkom on several occasions regarding my landline account. This morning my account suspended without any reason. Welcome to Telkom, the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. I've been a customer for over twenty years with several contracts, but this is what it comes to. Incompetence.
Never has importing of stuff been so quick and efficient.
