Helpful roadside assistance
Thanks to Tshepho Mashala for attending to our call. Car battery was flat from standing so long. Am thinking of cancelling the service since I hardly drive now that it's lockdown and can't justify the premium... However their quick road side assistance makes me want to reconsider. Keep it up and you might retain a customer.

Everything you'd expect from a plumber
Martus from Plumbros Brackenfell, did an excellent job replacing our water pipes. They were cost effective, professional, tidy and willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend them!

Hi, Our mom says that the roses in her gift were not fresh when she recieved her mothers day present . Call centre advised me to emailed ********** but 12 hours have past without response to my email. Call centre was unable to confirm if they received my email. This relates to order ********** 44.

HI-ONLINE: Showmax Bundle Deceiving
Hi We bought the Samsung Z4 handset + 3months Showmax Voucher + 4GB MTN data promotional offer via hi online. Order number: p ********** 19 We are happy with the price we paid but we were unable to enjoy the full benefits that was promoted. *Firstly showmax is not compatible with this phone. *Secondly we did not receive our 4GB of data. This bundle offer was deceiving.

MTN didn't disable my old service when I upgraded my contract now I'm paying double
<p>Hi,</p> <p>I upgraded from a 2Gig service yet MTN continues to charge me for it month to month. I am being charged R260 p/m on my mobile account (A ********** ) for a reoccuring 2G service which I didn't request from MTN. Yesterday I cancelled this additional service. Since I was not expecting this additional fee on invoice, my bill has gone into arrears for the last 2 months and my internet access has been disabled. Why must I pay for this when it's an MTN mistake?</p>

MTN Airtime validity incorrect
