We've been without water for 58 days. This is ridiculous. Every now and then we get a picture of the water pressure meter but NO answers or explanations on what is going on. This is only Rensburg. Heidelberg CBD and surrounding areas have had uninterrupted water supply this whole time. Someone is getting a cut from all the borehole drilling being done by desperate residents who can actually afford to do so. I'm renting and can't afford it. And have to drive around to get water for basic household needs. But it is quite convenient for the Mayor to be "unaware" of the issues as the mayor is not even a resident of Heidelberg. CLOSE LLM and place us under Ekuruhleni Municipality. *******ion and ******** is running our beautiful town down.

My Grandmother often flies from Cape Town to Johannesburg and back and used to only fly Mango. She refused to fly other airlines even though the fares were cheaper. So you can imagine how disappointed she was when she arrived IN TIME for her flight on Saturday, 3 August 2019 (From JHB to CT) - Flight number JE129 and was informed that she is not allowed to board the flight as she was standing in the wrong queue. She had to take a later flight and had to pay +/- R500 ekstra. She was standing in a line and a lady was walking saying something no one could understand, let alone my 80-year-old grandmother who has difficulty hearing in the first place. Then when she arrives at the gate, she is told she is in the wrong queue, they moved the CT passenger to another gate. When she got to the correct gate, she was informed that boarding has been closed and she must take a later flight. She had to make arrangements for someone to pick her up from CT Airport, and had to pay extra R500 for the later flight, which flight was delayed due to a late passenger!! I find this appalling to treat a very loyal pensioner this badly. She sat in the later flight for almost an hour! Why couldn't the same courtesy be extended to her for her first flight??? She was in tears, and shaken and so upset. And she cannot afford to pay extra for flights unnecessarily! She will NEVER fly mango again. very disappointed in the way Mango Airlines treat their elderly passengers!
Lerato Matjiu in Heidelberg Mall is the best Consultant ever. She really went out of her way to help with my Husband's vehicle financing. Even dealing with the dealership when we had problems with them. If more places delivered service like Lerato does, the world will be a great place. Thank you Lerato!
On 11 January 2018 my WiFi went down. The next day (12 January 2018) I reported a fault online received ref nr 44317. Since then I still don't have service. I recieved an account for the full installment even though I didn't use the service for 3 weeks! I kept checking the fault online, and saw that they amended my initial fault now stating the fault was logged 27 January 2018 (ref 46146). I've called various times and the agents only say "the line has been damaged or stolen they are working to have the line repaired" but the "workers" sit around cchatting most of the time. I ofter drive by where they are "working" on the line. They have a little gazebo set up there with chairs and drinking coldrinks and chatting. very "hard work". I asked if i will be referunded for paying the full amount without service. The agent said i must take that up with accounts. I phoned accounts to cancell the contract. she gave me nr to phone 081 180 - not working. Tried to phone 010210 again, kept holding on until all my airtime was up!! Data is costing me a fortune ON TOP of paying the monthly bill!. I want this contract cancelled ASAP! giving 1 month notice with no payment in lieu of paying for a month of NO SERVICE!
On the 17th September 2015 i was under the impression that i was applying for a loan agreement. I briefly scanned the Terms and COnditions, supplied my information and submitted the \application". however"
we signed up for a policy in 2013. the debits went off and we forgot about this policy. My daughter was admitted in hospital for Bronchitis in May 2015 for 4 days. This weekend i found a letter from you guys in our records and we thought we'd give you a call and see if it was too late to claim for my daughter's hospital stay (since i couldn't see the T&C for expiry dates etc). I phoned and spoke to a Donovan (i think) and he was so rude. i couldn't remember in whose name the policy was so i gave him my ID number and he said he can't find me on their system, so i told him it's probably under my fiance's name. i gave him my Fiance's id number and he confirmed that the policy we have don't cover hospital stays for illness? but on our documents it says for accidental hospital stay as well as illness? he was so rude. i then asked him if i can cancel this policy as we have no need for it. He very rudely said that he'll have to talk to my Fiance to cancel the policy. i understand this, but i did not appreciate the tone of voice this person used. really no way to talk to customers.
