Refund
Good day, I had 3 policies with discovery , payment was done through stop order and in March policies were cancelled but money was still been taken when I sent a email to phakama was told to send my payslips which I can’t provide us I was suspended and couldn’t access my emails but through this suspension I was paid and my policy received premium . Now iam told can’t get my refund . If not sorted will find ourselves with the ombudsman

Not treated fairly
I went to a YDE Menlyn last week Tuesday , saw a nice t-shirt which was on sale took them only to be told by the cashier that they can't help nor over write to the sale price . Then I also called the head office the very same day and I haven't gotten feedback or anything for them. Treating customer fairly doesn't apply nor any consumer rights

UNPROFESSIONALIZE
I called callsure on the 13 July 2015 to register my claim and the process happened and documents were emailed .And a long I finally get my excess amount which I paid the same day (20/07/15) and the very same day I was asked what phone I would like I said Samsung note 4 so it was \order".<br> called on Friday the 24/07 to check the process but phone was never order in the first place and I had to re-order again .so I call the office Monday and am told they still awaiting my order from mtn <br> And surprisily I get a phone call today wanting my order so am confused now as to whats going on <br> and if I will ever get a phone"""

Got to spur centurion today and none of the staff wanted to assist us wait there for good 25 minutes but what does a person have to do to get service around here say no to spur centurion mall sies. If u want service use other restaurants. Never been so humiliated.. NEVER EVER GO TO THAT PLACE!

Random staff member with attitude . Did want to the order and made funny comments when asked what his name was didn't want to mention and when I asked what the manager was made a racer comment ....
