Review to detail the completely unacceptable experience with my recent online order from Forever New due to the logistics service provided by RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers. My parcel was originally scheduled for delivery on Monday, 1st December 2025. It is now Friday, 5th December , and the parcel has still not arrived. This four-day delay is highly inconvenient. The service provided by RAM Couriers is genuinely terrible, making it impossible for customers to resolve delivery issues: WhatsApp Chatbot: I attempted to contact them via WhatsApp, but the "service" is a useless, untested chatbot that simply returns a message stating "no action" when queried about the delay. Landline/Call Centre: The landline is unusable. I was placed on hold for long periods only to be immediately disconnected (the call hangs up) as soon as I reached the front of the queue. This leaves customers stranded with no way to communicate or resolve a critically delayed delivery. Forever New, you need to urgently review your choice of logistics partner. The poor service from RAM Couriers reflects directly on your brand. I am severely dissatisfied with the end-to-end purchasing experience because of this courier. I expect better service and a reliable delivery system when shopping with a premium brand.
I've been a loyal customer of Ford Lazarus Centurion, taking my car there for servicing for years, have a record of all work done. I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience. When I brought my car in for its last service, I was quoted an exorbitant ZAR 9,000 for a cambelt replacement. This immediately raised a red flag for me, as I distinctly remember having the cambelt replaced in 2020 at approximately 100,000 km, with the next replacement due at 200,000 km or 7 years. Given that it's now 2025 and my car is only at 138,000 km, it's clear the cambelt replacement was nowhere near due. My main point of frustration is this: How could the service department, with my car's full service history on record, quote me for a service item that was demonstrably not required? This oversight not only wasted my time but, more importantly, it led me to not service my car because the quoted amount was so high for something I believed was unnecessary. It's concerning that I was almost charged for a job that wasn't needed, and it seriously undermines my trust in their service department's attention to detail and ability to accurately assess my car's needs based on its own documented history. I expect a dealership with access to such records to be more thorough and avoid quoting for services already performed or not yet due. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of their recommendations and the overall value of servicing my vehicle with them in the future.
I am totally unhappy with service received from incredible connection Centurion. I bought sound core earpods Centurion. I bought them November 2023 and by Jan the second piece was not working. I hadn't them in on the 7 Feb 2024 and to this date there hasn't been a response as to what is happening with repairs. When I call I do not get feedback. For R1200 they were not working properly within 4 months. Incredible connection has not followed up on the repair I had to go into the store today for them to call. Im Trull unhappy with the service.
I would like to express my disappointment with the quality of two Forever New coats that I purchased from Edgars centurion mall in January and March 2022. I am a loyal customer of Edgars and have always been happy with the quality of the products that I have purchased from your store. However, I am very disappointed with the condition of these two coats. The coats have a lot of fluff and blobs on them, which makes them look cheap and unwearable. I am not sure what caused this, but I am sure that it is not due to normal wear and tear. I have only worn these coats a few times, and they have been stored in a clean and dry place. I am very disappointed that I paid over R1600 for each coat, only for them to fall apart in a matter of months. I would like to request a refund or exchange for these coats. I understand that you have a 30-day return policy, but I believe that this is a special case. These coats are not in the condition that they should be in after only one year of use. I am also disappointed with the reputation of Forever New. I have always thought of Forever New as a high-quality brand, but this experience has made me question that. I am not sure if I will be able to trust Forever New again in the future. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and resolve it to my satisfaction. I had a horrible experience with a previous contractor who did a poor job of renovating my bathroom. The work was sloppy and unfinished, and the contractor left my home in a mess. I was so disappointed and didn't know where to turn. I found Ideal Renovations online, and I am so glad I took the leap with them. Barend and his team were professional and courteous from the start. They listened to my needs and took the time to understand what I wanted. They also kept me updated on the progress of the work, which I really appreciated. The bathroom renovation was completed on time and within budget. The work was of the highest quality, and my home is now beautiful and functional. I am so happy with the results. A week after the bathroom renovation was completed, I had an electrical problem. I called Ideal Renovations and they were able to send an electrician to my home the same day. The electrician was also professional and efficient, and the problem was fixed quickly and easily. I am so impressed with the work of Ideal Renovations. They are a reliable and trustworthy company that I would highly recommend to anyone.

We celebrated my mom s 60th birthday at Rosemary Hill on the 6th of June. It was an intimate family gathering. The function coordinator was Chaily and she was such a star. She went above and beyond to make the celebration such a delight. I would truly recommend the Hill to anyone the venue is gorgeous and the maze to die for.
I purchased the black tail work desk from Jakkalsvallei as they had a special for easter 5th of April 2021. I am still awaiting the desk 3 months down the line. The most frustrating part is that you cannot get a hold of them and they also do not send updates. I am constantly chasing them up on my order. The last communication was that they did not have the make I wanted however when I asked for an estimate i never got a response. I have sent emails to the support address and to Jacques and those emails have subsequently bounced back with a message that the email addresses do not exist. I do love the items they have and sell and had planned to order more items however I'm so dissatisfied with the service I do not think it would ever be worth it. It would be great if they could treat me like a much-needed customer and communicate on an item that I have purchased.
I'm truly disappointed and dissatisfied with Rain as an ISP I am paying but not reaping any benefits. The upload and download speeds are horrendous as I'm wfh I need to be constantly online however I can barely be in meetings I can't even have 2 devices online at a time. In the area that I am in, I should be getting great connection and speeds from what they say on their website. My ticket number 7756581 has been ignored when I contacted them they told me to drive to a different tower to get a better signal. I do not understand why I cannot be assisted in this regard, I have to go and troubleshoot for Rain.
