Good day, This company conducted a credit check on my name and its now showing on my credit score and its affecting my credit score. I have never gave any one or gave an authority for them to do that ,this is unacceptable and not allowed. Regards, Sbongile
Good day I'm very furious in-fact I'm so very dis-appointed with Makro right now, I have a ordered a Bread bin and 3 three cannisters when I was about to make a payment one cannister was out of stock, I was surprised but I continue to do the payments so the delivery was done yesterday . What makes me very upset is the fact that the cannisters were not rapped so they have a crack or a dent and the bread bin lid is also broken . I would like to know from their management Team is this accepted or is that how they treat they customers. I demand a good service I bought these goods . Regards, Sbongile
Good day On Tuesday morning I called the FNB to enquire about my refund and I was told the refund should take about 24-48 hours that was Tuesday so at least the refund should by Friday at least but nothing happened. Today when I called I spoke to the lady by the name of Charity who mentioned to me nothing has been done by the Administrator ,so basically they never escalated the matter to the next department. How long does is take for this FNB to do my refund. So FNB is failing to do my refund ,the Reference number 4434006 for the call. Regards, Sbongile
Good day I would like Hello Peter to assist my husband as he is being harassed by Edgars unnecessarily as he is being handed over receiving calls and SMSs for no reason. On the 15 September 2021 I called in at Old Mutual requesting the balance for my kids Education policy it was confirmed and I also log in to my profile with Old Mutual so the balance was indeed R7441.06 for each so I have two . Since day one I have been on their case I mean no one from Old Mutual will call to update but you will have to call the them and battle with holding as their Call Centre will take forever. Because I'm the one who wanted to cancel the policy with them , likewise on the 28th September I called in just to follow up ,to my surprised I was told that there is nothing that was done on my application I will have restart the process , only on the 3rd October I only received the massage from my phone that I will have to correct something that was not correct on form I did that on the very same day I sent the form to them. No one called from Old Mutual I did the follow up again because I really do not mind because that is how they treat their customers any way. On the 13th October 2021 I called in telling them that I will take this matter to Hello Peter now its been too much now so I was told that they will fix the problem. To my surprised , this morning I have received the payment of R7129.66 for each policy instead of R7441.06 so basically I only received R14259.32 instead of R14882.12 . I would like Old Mutual to explain to me what happened to the R622.80 as the policy was cancelled already. Regards, Sbongile
Good day I'm so very frustrated right as I was on the phone with Makro basically the reason for my calling is to find out about my washing machine that needs to be fixed because the Technicians came in on Wednesday to assess the machine but now the told me they will have to replace the part from the machine as it is broken. And they mentioned that they will wait for the authorization from Makro and come and or send some one who will be fixing the washing machine. The attitude I got from the guy by the name of Cyril is Pathetic ,the guy was not listening to me but screaming at my ears .His service was unacceptable and annoying . To me its like they are so clueless to assist the clients as they did not even know what I was talking about, basically my calling was just a waist of time as I did not even get any help because I was told the people who were supposed to assist me knocked off already. Good day I would like to complain about the service that I have encountered on Tuesday while I was trying to make an appointment for my child for Immunization. Firstly the lady by the name of Pumzile that I spoke with was very impatient to assist infact she was not in the mood her attitude was on another level. I'n not quite Pumzile she's got her preferences maybe I was not hers at the time but that was unacceptable when you call in for help you entitled for one.... And while I was still talking to her she hang up on me
I really don't understand how they work with their clients , very unprofessional and Incompetent.
Good day I' writing the review for the second time now about this Company and I'm now loosing my patience.On the 23/05/2020 I have placed an order with Homechoice and sometime last week I have received a statement from them, I asked myself how could they billed me on something they did not deliver. And they promised to contact me till today no one from Homechoice contacted me mind you the statement have sent to me already what do you explained that really. When you call they customer service you hold for ever or they consultants will be rude to you. I need a closure on this or I'm taking this further ,THIS IS A SERIOUS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY
On the 23 May 2020 I've ordered a blanket from Homechoice and it was on Sartuday hoping to receive a parcel torwards the end of May as it was meant to be a birthday present,till today I never received a parcel from them I was planning to cancel because its too long since I have been waiting.To my surprised today when I'M OPENING my emails they sent me a statement for something that i have never received .I need to understand how come they send the statement with out delivering.TO me I would say this is a fraud.When you call they number on 0861466324 you hold for ever,they customer service its very bad infact its pathetic.
