I got the S25 ultra in December. I called last week as all of a sudden the phone notifications had disappeared, the phone is heating up. The lady was very helpful and tried but couldn't fix the error. She told me to go and book the phone in. On Thursday the phone was booked in to their assisting company, Bolttech. Friday I get a message the phone is repaired. I went to fetch it and I checked it while I was there. The phone was doing the exact same. They eventually called the technician who I had personally spoken to and told him what the issues were. He then insults my intelligence by saying the phone doesn't get notifications as he wouldn't sort the matter out. Don't test my intelligence if you doing know what You are doing. To date I haven't heard à word or response I find this highly unprofessional as is it just sitting there and noting has been done
Absolutely disgusted in their service. Gentleman on the scene was friendly. Once he had the authorization, refused to answer my calls. My insurance was told my vehicle was somewhere. When I went to check, my vehicle wasn't there. They eventually told me it was somewhere else and after hours of complaining I found my vehicle was taken somewhere else where my insurance hadn't approved and I most definitely dont want it there. They refused to answer my calls and cut me off. First and most definitely last time I will ever use them again.
I accidentally paid Buffalo for parcels instead of fast way. I've been emailing, calling. I get told it is being escalated. My refunds added up to more than R2000. On the 7th January I get a refund of R187. Which isn't even any of my amounts. What an *********** company
I accidently paid them for parcels.instead of another courier. I have emailed on the 25 November and been told it is being escalated and will get a response in 24hours. Then I must call back last week Wednesday. I am now on the phone for 25mins and they refuse to let me speak to a manager. They quick to take the money but won't refund.
I have 1 business account. I got a swipe machine. In September I got a call stating that I had to verify my account on email. I then got the email. I called Absa to verify if the email was correct, I was told it's a **** and not to reply. So I didn't. I then noticed my transactions weren't reflecting in my account. I then get told I was supposed to respond on email as the money has been going to the old account. To date I don't know which is the old account when I only have 1. They deliver a new swipe machine to me today. I can't use the machine as it's linked to my old account and don't know when my funds will be placed in my account.
So my brand new S24 Ultra was booked in after the manager and technician couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I only got the phone in June this year. I get a call today to come and collect the device. The technician gives me the device and says that's it. No report, no nothing
I have downgraded my RED package to R2700. This morning my account was debited of R6274.73. I have called numerous times and one story and reference after another. I'm on unlimited calls and got a message saying I've reached 70% of my call limit. Vodacom then sent me a message stating my case is closed. Vodacom is the worst provider ever. I get told everytime I have to talk to a different department.
I got a message to say I'm due for an upgrade. I then called to finalize. I went to a lower package and for the past 2 months I've been charged more and nearly double. I get told it was pro-rata, then I was told I am being charged both packages on the same number. Do you even know what you guys are doing???
I called to reduce my monthly payments as I paid in a lump sum. I was sent forms. I then got ignored. I called 3 times after that and the last time was told the other lady sent me the wrong forms but they were actually the correct forms. I was told it would take 2 to 3 working days. Since the 3rd of May it's now the 19th May and I still have no access on my application. The full amount was deducted from my account They don't know what they doing amongst each other.
To my review the other day. I get a report today stating that I manually put extra ice in the ice tray and they will not replace the ice maker or sensor. Please can anyone inform me why I would go buy ice to put it in my ice maker???? Thar is the most pathetic excuse I have ever heard in my life. I have a whatsapp from the technician stating he stand by that the ice machine must be replaced but then get complete different report. Alternatively they willing to sell me the new fridge for R8999. Are we joking????
