We visited the Wine Farm on Saturday to do the wine tasting experience. Sandra and her team was so welcoming and we received the best service! I've been there a couple of times and will definitely go back again... their Malbec is the best!
My husband and I were at Wimpy Glen Garry yesterday. Beatrice was our waitress- she was so friendly and gave the best service!! This Wimpy was so clean, the food was amazing and the whole team was so friendly. I don't eat at Wimpy that often but will definitely go back again!
The team at @Home Tygervalley is amazing! They are always so friendly and everybody wants to assist you. Always make me feel so welcome when I'm doing my shopping there.
I am just addicted to the Cutie Pie Doughnuts! They are the best. I always keep my fingers crossed when I go to Woolworths Okovango :P
I bought a box of Today's Pastry mini Chicken Rolls from Checkers Okovango on 19 March. When i opened the box on 20 March I noticed that everything was frozen together in one big ball and most of them were not whole anymore. It definitely looks like it was defrosted, smashed and refrozen. I couldn't use it at all.
I was there yesterday to bleach and color my hair. I just want to thank Phage and her team for the amazing experience. She and her team did a great job and I am very pleased about the color. I would highly recommend them.
I bought a dress at Cotton On Tygervalley. After the first wash I now have to wear it like a shirt with pants underneath that is how much it shrunk. You pay R500 to wear a dress and now you have a T-shirt. Bad quality for so much money!!
I went to do my monthly groceries at Checkers, Cape Gate the 03rd of October. When I got home to unpack, one of the yogurts that I bought with three different yogurts was expired and showed BB 26 Sep. I know some people would say it is just yogurt, but food are so expensive these days and how often does it maybe happen to other people as well and it is a waste to drive all the way to take it back. I bought a lot of goods and support this branch. Now i have to throw something away just because some people don't like to do their jobs.
<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I normally call to get our Companies bills as most of them does link to our existing profile to view online.</p> <p>I called 10210 and spoke to a consultant, Mr. Malowadi</p> <p> </p> <p>He was talking and typing so slow it took me almost 30 minutes to get two invoices sent to my email. He couldn't even pronounce the company name correctly which exist of 7 letters and is a known name. </p> <p>I had to repeat the numbers and also the account numbers a couple of times for him to just pick up on the system.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked him if this was his first day on the Job he just laughed.</p> <p> </p> <p>After sending me the invoices he said okay it has been sent.... no "thank you, have a nice day"or "goodbye"</p> <p>This is the worst service I've ever gotton and I am sure he knew I wanted to give him a bad rating that is why he never mentioned I must stay on the line to rate his service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disappointed in the lack of training and manners from consultants these days.</p>
<p>I heard a lot about MTN and the bad service people received in the past. I had to look at options for a phone and Gear fit and MTN had the best prices. I decided to give it a go and take out a contract. The phone that came with the Gear was a bit too big but I needed that deal. I was a bit concerned when I got there to do the application and was already informed that the Gear is on a back order. I decided to give it a week and if I do not get the device I would cancel the application. Thembi at the Cape Gate storedid not call me when she said she would but with the follow up I did she gave me exactly what I wanted. A smaller phone, the color I wanted and the Gear fit just in time. Saving me a bit of money and putting a smile on my face. Thank you for taking time and putting a smile on my face </p>
