Good morning Trust all is well, we arrived at the branch to do finger print checks, we arrived and the reception from the gentleman Siya on receipt in the store was very cold and very aggressive however we greeted and his reponse was very serious, dismissive and rude, we asked to do the finger prints, he assisted my brother and he rudely told me to stand outside very very rude you dont treat customers like that
I walked into the MTN store in Killarney Mall and after 1 minute a consultant called Lusanele called me to help I got to the counter and said I need a car charger, he kept making like he cant hear me after repeating myself 4 times he joked around and didnt take me seriously I am not happy with the treatment, I work on time so I walked around the corner to Cell Care 1 and was helped quickly and efficiently
Uber doesnt care about drivers they are quick to take the passengers that lie and rate the drivers bad but as soon as you as a driver-partner need help they will take 10 days to respond with a comment that doesnt even resolve your query, my driver account was working fine this morning after my second trip my account got locked and said my documents have expired but they are all current, I went on the Uber app and tried to update them but the app keeps saying I need to upload them, I went to thr Uber Green Light Hub in Sandton Strathoven offices, I showed my Diamond driver status since it has priority access, the security guard told me " your status means nothing" only appointments I yold him the app never has appointment dates it forever says no appointments, like why is Uber treating its drivers like this, all I want is for you guys to fix your mess up on your system and let me continue to work, I contacted support they keep closing my query saying it is being investigated how long will it take where is the " PRIORITY" you guys claim on the DIAMOND DRIVER BENEFITS PAGE OF YOUR APP, can someone just sort out this mess I habe uploafed the documents multiple times to no success please just sort this out and start treating your drivers with care and respect.
Smartops and Bolt are *****ing my money from my Bolt account I was supposed to get my payout of 398 they didnt pay me the charged me a "car rental fee" I called the support line I spoke to a guy said he was Vuma he will go personally to billing and check as they have not updated on there system he will call me before 11 I am still waiting al i want is my money and for Smartops to stop ****ming me I see I am not the only one complaining about this Smartops

I did a payshap payment on Saturday at 12:42 to another account I own and the paymemt still didnt reflect I called your customer care where no one answered I just want my money why are you guys so unheplful?
Bolt doesnt care about me as a driver they sold our profiles to Smartops fleet which is a bug **** they deduct money weekly and never offer services they write their own 5 star reviews on Hello Petwr and pretend to be happy there is no Bolt Driver that is happy with Smartops Fleet ****mers, I am going to delete my Bolt App because it has become useless the car is mine but the money I make ia controlled by some lazy fool sitting ****ming a whole lot of other drivers promising to pour them fuel Bolt SA wake up and do something fix your error and cut ties with this Smartops ****mers I am not the only one asking you to take me off this nonsense Smartops and that Mmathapelo Maila is dishonest and doesnt want to remove our profiles your day will come God is watching

Good day I am not happy at all, I have an Easy Zero account which apparently has reached its limit, I however cannot access the funds, I have an been to 2 different branches as I need to access these funds I am told I cannot change or upgrade the account I am currently in the branch with a consultant names Gugu who advised that the account cannot however be upgraded due to a pending amount, I have no funds I need fuel momey and to buy personal basics but I am not getting any help all I want is to access my funds and thats that why cann I not transfer to any other account if it says my transfer limit is unlimited?
I have been trying to laod a vehicle for more than 2 days they said its activated but they **** everytime I enquire they send a message saying they are closing the query and and that someone is attending to it I have spoke to Sabiri, mnaeem13, Sayed Muhammad Irtaza and none of them helped me
