After 35 of loyal viewing on Mnet / DSTV , this weekends' events have gotten me thinking about canceling the subscription. How can DSTV decide without any consultation with your subscribers not to buy the cover of the Winter Olympics! Infact there was no mention of the fact that we were not getting coverage until Friday .... the day before the opening ceremony. I would to understand how the decision was made not to air the third largest sporting event in the year!
What a Horrible experience, we have been to Rusty Grille on numerous occasions and never been disappointed. We went for Dinner on Saturday evening, it was horrific! Our server was Lizzy she was missing all evening. Starters we ordered Nachos, we asked for the Guacamole, to be in the side as my son is allergic to AVO, we received Nacho with guacamole throughout the whole thing. The rest of the starters were oily and tasteless! getting a drink was an effort! Mains were a bit better, but the meal took 3 and half hours! The kids play area was in darkness so not safe to use. Very bad. I don't think there is management as we did not see any one the whole meal. You were always on our plan when we came to Bela Bela , you will never see us again !

Although the Park was incredibly busy and hot, everyone that we dealt with was very proffesional and polite. It can be seen that a lot of training has taken place on the client services side and the results are being seen. Well Done - we are proudly South African !
Absolutely shocking service ! The burst a pipe in the wall while drilling , which is still leaking but they are taking NO RESPONSIBILITY for it ! It took 2 months of constant nagging to get to complete the job , as they were not prepared on the first day of installation . Stay Clear of them!

Thank you for the excellent service at Click Kyalami, I had to return a toaster that i had bought on Black Friday Online. It was done effortlessly with a smile. So refreshing to have good service at a retailer. This store is my store of choice and the Pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful . Well Done !
What should have been a relaxing lunch turned into a horrible experience . We arrived at 12:30 , ate at 3: 30 and left at 4:30 . We are used to the service being slow there normally so we gave time , but when the waiter arrived and started his welcome speech with , the service here is shocking .... that should have been a warning. Unfortunately there was a table of about 30 people which had all the waiters attention and we were just left . When we eventually got our bill I confronted the waiter about the fact that all the waiters were milling around this "Birthday Table " he starting arguing . I gave the waiter his 10% tip as he had gotten our order correct , although it had been very slow ,so I feel I had been fair . On obtaining our permits to exit , I confronted a lady with a manger badge on . She barely looked up from the desk and said they were shorted staffed due to COVID , which was my last straw . COVID really , there must have been 1000 people doing hikes , riding bikes ect on the farm , zero social distancing as I said a table of 30 certainly are not all people from one home , no sanitising , no masks ! Please you are exploting people and you were happy to make the R50 000 on hikers ( at R50 per person ) you really cant play the COVID Card . We are loyal supporters of your establishment BUT that is the last time you will see us .
<p>My story starts at 10:45 this morning , went to Clearwater to upgrade my contract and trade in 2 devices . After being turned away twice to obtain more documents , we completed the upgrade and only trading in 1 device by 17: 20 . I love my apple products we have 9 of them in our home . Sad that their service is so shocking , worst of all a "manager" who just makes excuses for this terrible service ! You will never see me again !!!!</p>
