Our business Quantum bus had a dent on the roof. Delta fixed in in 2 days and did a sterling job. Thank you to the front desk personnel who were always friendly and very helpful.
I recently started at a company where I manage the fleet. We were registered at Paymyfines, but I struggled to make contact with them as they only have an internet generated enquiries and complaints department. Out of desperation I contacted Fines SA and Keeno Ford went out of his way to assist me to register the vehicles on their system. Thank you for excellent, fast and professional service, Keeno. You make your company proud.
This was a refreshing and excellent experience with a business that services my car. After a very bad experience at another business, I was referred to Henry Motors (Mispel Ave, Pretoria). The service is excellent, they keep you informed of what is wrong with your car, they work fast and neat and show you the work they have done. They also didn't do unnecessary work on the car. Even the coffee was excellent. I can recommend them very highly.
I would not recommend this business. I gave in my military jacket to be dry cleaned. After a week and a half and me going to the shop twice to collect my jacket, I am phoned to say they lost it. They offered to reimburse me, but it is a military item that is not bought off the shelf. What disappointed and frustrated me the most, was that I had to go to the shop a third time to try and speak to the manager. She never contacted me, nor the owner of the shop. A matter like this needs to be addressed by management. It is poor leadership to allow your employees to deal with a difficult situation like this.
I have been using guesthouses recommended by Lekkeslaap for the past few years and I have never been disappointed by Lekkeslaap's service. Once, when I had a challenge reaching the owner of a guesthouse, Lekkeslaap solved the situation within 5 minutes after I contacted them.
On 8 November 2019 my Ford Ecosport 's clutch broke. I took it to Ford Aurinia Silverton to be fixed. The car has 128 000kms and is out of warranty. I asked what went wrong and they said the spring of the pressure plate was cracked and then it broke. When I asked if it was a factory fault, I was told it is wear and tear. Since then I have contacted Ford SA and I received the same answer. When I mailed them and requested the aswer in writing, I was ignored. Then I wrote another mail to Ford SA on 28 November 2019 requesting a written answer, but to date, I have received no reply. I perceive this as very unprofessional. I have referred the matter to the SA Consumer complaints.
I have witdrawn money at various ABSA ATM's across SA. The time lapse from when I insert my card into the machine and when it responds takes 8 to 14 seconds. This caused confusion with me at first as I thought there was something wrong with the machine. This delay creates the opportunity for criminals to take their chances. The ABSA ATM inside the SPAR Hartenbos even shows the name of the person withdrawing money. Could ABSA please consider the safety of its patrons.
I watched the movie Black Panther on 23 February 2018 at 20h30 at the Somerset Mall Ster-Kinekor movies. The sound in the cinema was very, very bad. This is a very expensive movie ticket, but the sound did not fit the price. Together with that the air-conditioning was also not working. This was a very bad experience which made me decide not to go to Ster-Kinekor Somerset Mall again.
I was transferred to Pretoria from Cape Town in the beginning of 2016. I viewed a house in Bishop's Creek, Equestria with Micheline van der Linde. The owner was tiling the house at that time. The tiles and grout were stored in the spare bedroom, on the carpet. My assumption was that that room's floor would also be tiled. My date of arrival in Pretoria I communicated with her 3 weeks before I would arrive. On my arrival at the house, it was filthy with the dust from the tiling. A few appliances didn't work or was not working correctly. The carpet was still in the room and very dirty. After my initial report of the matters, some of it was addressed, but for the past 2 weeks I have not been able to make contact with her via e-mail. My e-mails are unanswered and the work at the house is not completed. I am very disappointed in the service that she delivers. Many promises are made, but few are kept. My advice to others would be to avoid this company as agent.
I was transferred from Cape Town to Pretoria and J.H. Retief received the tender to move my furniture. A very professional team arrived at my house and within 4 hours all my furniture was properly wrapped and packed. The team took no time to rest and worked effectively and efficiently. The paperwork was even more professional.<br> They arrived on time and treated my furniture with respect. In Pretoria they off-loaded with the same efficiency and within a short period of time I was moved into my new house. To Jannie, Kevin and Morne in the Cape Town office and to Vuyo, Temba, Tex, Colen, Chilas and Weshu - thank you for treating my furniture as your own.
