DMC sold my Capitec Loan Account to BLAKE and Associates for collection, in December 2024 Blade called to make an arrangement to pay off this account. For 6 months i paid off that account as per arrangement with BLAKE, they even sent me a paid up letter. Now the problem is with DMC who doesn't want to clear this debt. Why did they send this account to BLAKE in the first place. Please update your system as per BLAKE paid up letter. I've been communicating with Busisiwe from DMC Thank You. CAPITEC LOAN TWO YEAR PAYMENT HISTORY STILL NOT UPDATED WITH EXPERIAN I have been sending emails to your company to assign me to someone that can help be with payment updates, i asked for a statement on the 17 February 2025 which was sent via email ( thank you for that) but the reason for this statement was to see if you do receive my debit orders since the day we made an arrangement on the 26/11/2021. I have been paying this account from that date till today but all my credit reports come back negative for this account as in arrears for 3 years now. Is it your policy not to update credit bureaus of payments made ? this is not the true reflection of my credit report. This account was sold to you by DMC i have contacted them and unfortunately there's nothing they can do with this anymore. Kindly assist i want a true reflection of my payment shown / updated at Experian as soon as possible. Regards Mduduzi

Parcel Delivery I ordered a parcel on the 26th November i was expecting it on the 30th November but luckily was shipped on the 28th but your driver did not call for access at the gate, on the 29th samething happenned and this morning 30th. I live in a complex drivers have to be reported to the security for entry so if they are just going to park at the gate and turn back then say " Receipient was not available to receive the parcel " is not true. i need that parcel today your guys must use numbers provided. parcel number #97737237
on the 1st April 2021 i did a withdrawal from my Skrill account to my Bidvest Bank Grow account (doing it for the second time), to day its the 14th May 2021 i havent received my funds from Bidvest Bank, i have communicated with Rachel from Virtual Banking as well as Amy Pillay - Reconcilliations all they asked me was to ask the bank (Skrill) to debit their account back which Skrill has refused to do because the did send a SWIFT Message to Bidvest which they can use to clear my funds direct to my account. I'm not in finance so i dont know why this run around given by Bidvest Bank . all i need is my funds cleared to my acccount i promise i will never use your FX transfer again its a pain.
I cancelled my mobile contract back in 2007 and was told i'm owing still, i paid in full but never received a paid up letter. Guess what same account was/has been handed over to Normal Bissett & Associates for collection more than 10yrs after settling the account. Maybe there's something i missed please assist since debt collectors cannot all they want is for me to pay.
I thought if you have Discovery Insure, Discovery Health, Discovery Life, Discovery Invest all in one company you will be treated as a valued customer / client.....pity I'm fooled.<br> <br> My car was in a accident 06 December 2015 in Durban, it took Discovery 1 month and 20 days to approve the claim.....2 months down I haven't received my car. Worse of all I don't get updates from the dealer or discovery on what is happening NO feedback nothing.<br> I've been taking taxi (public transport) to work for the past 3 weeks since the hired car was taken back by AVIS and asked me to pay for extra un authorised dates.<br> <br> sorry but this is a shittyy service, I've never experienced this before. <br> <br> My biggest fear now is what will happen with other insurances I have with Discovery should there be a need for me to be hospitalized.
