I contacted Mom I sure to add my son as a secondary driver. The line was not so clear and Deontae offered to call me back. When he called I explained that my son just got his license and I wanted to add him as a secondary driver. Deontae gave me the best advice based on his experience, which not only saved me money but also put me at ease knowing that the insurance will still pay if something happens while my son was the driver subject to access requirements. This was so comforting to me, knowing that there was no need to add him as a secondary driver, but can still drive the car in order to gain the experience. Thanks Deontae, your service is really appreciated.
Now my son cannot watch the only channel that made me keep this subscription, and I do not recall receiving any notification from multichoice. They always remove channels without letting one know. Pointless to keep this subscription now. I cannot continue paying for something that's of no use anymore.
I often buy at PnP Mall@Redds in Centurion and sometimes I buy less than 10 items. Just like any other retailer, they have an express till which according to me does not serve the purpose. You actually regret why you joined in that queue because people who join the normal queue end up being served before you. Yesterday I was annoyed because people who came after me in the normal queue left the shop before me, there was a guy who only bought a bottle of water and he joined in this express queue and I felt really sorry for him because the queue was just not moving, the teller also seem to be very relaxed, unlike an express teller. Whenever I want fewer item I will now go to Checkers because their express queue is really fast and they have 2 or more tellers, at this PnP you will always get 1 teller for express items. Its quite disappointing. I asked for a Manager to raise this with her who was in a meeting and left my contacts for her to call me, but she hasn't called me since. I guess I now know where to get the best service.
I buy about 4 to 5 loaves of bread every week and mostly Albany. I bought bread at a filling station on the 28th July with BB date 02 August, the next day 29th and after consuming a few slices my son found the next slices to have a black mold, this was 4 days before the BB date. Never buying the Albany bread and I was wondering why one of the filling station in our area don't sell their bread, now I know why. How can a bread as fresh and soft as the one I bought have black mold, NEVER AGAIN

I have been using Vodacom SIM for over 10 years recently I noticed that my airtime goes missing. I got a usage statement which reflects that Vodacom has been taking my airtime for data bundles when I have another provider SIM which I use as data. This is a bad ethical conduct by Vodacom, they load people's numbers on their system to access the airtime even when u accessing social media through your home WiFi. Please make sure your data out of bundle limit is on R0 this is ***** to me bcoz u cannot take more than R30 from my airtime everyday bcoz I am not aware. Vodacom u r desperately trying to make money out of your customers *********ly, and it's absurd.
We have a club account which requires 2 to sign or transact. Nedbank has frozen our account for months without informing us, we have funeral policy debit orders and investment debit order running from this account and it is quite risky to not have it functional. the 2 Committee members went to the Lambton branch and a guy who assisted them told them there was nothing wrong with our account but in the meantime no debit orders are going through, one of our Providers has actually now confirmed that the reason they cannot debit our account is bcoz it is frozen, why would a consultant miss this when we visited the bank personally to query, this is utterly disappointing and unprofessional. About time we move this stupid account to a bank who cares for its clients, you risking with our money which covers people's funeral policies.
I had a call from Norman to assist with my policy renewal and i appreciate the way he assisted me, he was very patient and friendly and answered all my questions. Thanks Norman keep up the good work.
Always shocking how Std bank's service has dropped. I called their HL division from a branch to ask them to take a debit order for 12 months on 1st March and was told to send an e-mail to homencar which i sent a day later they responded to say I should draft a letter and send to CSAdmin which I drafted on the 7th and sent to both e-mails above, then on the 14th I called to check on progress was told the letter was not indexed, I forwarded on the same day and till today have had to response. Decided to call today and its a different story today I was transferred to Debt care centre who also are telling me about a different process. Does Std bank want these funds bcoz I can use them for something else really, being sent from pillar to post isn't helping much as we running against time. Its very disappointing that I get sent from one department to the other for such a simple request.
The court has ordered fees due to me from my ex. Std bank was served end March and it has been a challenge to get him to sign for the service. Std bank has assured us that the funds were secured and will be paid on receipt of service from the defendant. On the 24th August finally the service was served on Std Bank to Tshepo Masipa and to date there hasn't been any feedback nor payment from them. As their client too, I feel prejudiced by their slacking service, I have already waited too long for these funds which are not forthcoming, Tshepo has not responded nor gave us any guarantee when the funds will be released. I am so disappointed that this has caused me a lot of stress and its funds that i need for a living. How much longer should I wait, or do I need to go to the court again for an order against std bank this time?
