Extremely poor service from Ntombizethu Lerato Mngeni (Senior Administrator: Superfund Disability | GROUP ASSURANCE PRODUCTS). i spoke to her on Friday the 17/10/2025 & she promised to email the withdrawal details but she didn't. i called in yesterday morning the 20/10/2025 & she apologized & assured me that she would email the details yesterday but she hasn't. today the 21/10/2025 i called over 10 times this morning but she doesnt take my calls!
MFC is an absolute *******. i app**** for solar finance & was approved. only to be told that its mandatory to use 1 of their approved solar service providers. i did request quotes from their solar providers & to my disgust, their quoted prices are double & some triple the quoted price comapred to my service provider. this is just a ploy they use & to generate more revenue, forcing clients to use their service providers hence inflated quotes = higher amount to finance = more interest paid for the duration of the finance!!!! will never recommend anybody to consider MFC as their finance institution.
i took a fibre contract with Telkom in October 2023. i was given an amount that i would pay for the duration of the contract. but to my astonishment, Telkom has debited R620 end of April. i called in to enquire & was advised that Telkom increased their prices on the 1st April 2024. i did request a manager to call me to escalate a complaint but haven't received any calls yet. i will be sending a formal complaint via email to have this matter resolved before lodging a case with the ombudsman. Service No. B250025215 we take cell phone contracts for 24 or 36 months & we're required to pay the same amount for the full duration even though the phone value decreases rapidly yet Telkom has the audacity to breach the contract & increase prices whenever they feel like. this was not mentioned in the call recording & i was lead to believe there will be a fixed price! i will require the call recording for my submission to the ombudsman.
Great service and efficient staff. i have already referred my colleagues at work & I would recommend them as your next insurance broker. i had the pleasure of being assisted by Jacques, Breshal, Tiffany & Sheila. the team is very informative & professional but more importantly always willing to help by putting the client 1st. Fantastic work guys. keep it up.
Discovery decided to increase my insurance premium significantly on my vehicles without my knowledge & consent. called in now to enquire, spoke to a really ill mannered & unprofessional consultant named PRUDENCE MABJANA. spent 17 minutes on the call & was just a waste of time. all she knows that my premium was increased due to inflation which in South Africa is 5.84% & yet the premium increase was in fact 12%. there was no claims submitted therefore that reason cant be used. she also went on stating that her team leader ASA mroleli cannot contact me as i requested. the service is pathetic & made it seem as if shes doing me a favor, when in actual fact she has a job because of us the clients! PRUDENCE MABJANA has an attitude & poor people skills. servicing & retaining clients with these atrocious attributes is a detrimental to Discovery values & certainly not the image to portray. i requested a manager to call me & will be expecting a call. i will be displaying this encounter on other social media platforms as well.
i absolutely regret taking my dogs to this vet. the service has dropped significantly over the years. these people are just financially motivated now. they don't care about the pets. we took 1 of our dogs there last week for vomiting & diarrhea, they treated him for vomiting only & made us buy unnecessary food, which he didn't eat. went back Saturday 02/12/2023 for medication for the diarrhea & was advised that we need to come back for another examination(because theres no meds for diarrhea) which means more costs, ended up buying Canigest which was overpriced. called today Monday the 04/12/2023 & expressed my concern regarding my dogs diarrhea & was advised that another consult will be charged for the same issue that was untreated the 1st time we went in. these folks just want money. The treatment & lack thereof seems as if its a financial strategy to keep you coming back which ultimately means you pay more instead of treating the sick pet properly the 1st time.
Absolutely disappointed. Took my wife here last night the 21/11/2023 on her birthday. The dim sum starters where slimy, peri peri livers where inedible, so spicy as if we were eating a chilli paste. I ordered the chicken schnitzel as the main and it has no salt or seasonings. I have photos of the meals; bland to say the least. The wife ordered the braai style sushi which made her sick the entire night. I will be uploading pictures to social media. I thought this was supposed to be fine dinning yet the presentation looks like it came out of a road side food truck. My wife ordered 2 ****tail drinks and it was served in a below average glass. Nothing fancy or classy about this venue. Will never be recommending this restaurant to anybody. Really disappointed that we had to spend my wife's birthday in this manner. Escalations have been sent to the FIREROOM management
I deposited funds into my WSB account early this morning. Over 8 hours has passed and my account still can't be credited. Spoke to numerous consultants at WSB but nobody can assist because apparently Nedbank is offline. I just spoke to Shazia walburgh she refused to assist me and also denied my request for the managers contact details. This service is pathetic and I regret not using my hollywoodbetting account. I will definitely shared this awful experience with all of my friends and will certainly not be referring anybody to use WSB. Shazia walburgh also needs to be trained on customer service. I believe she's a liability to WSB.
We bought a large cram decker chicken pizza for supper from debonairs in durban mount Edgecombe. It was absolutely horrible. No chicken whatsoever. It was dry and inedible, cheese was non existence. It was like eating pastry Worst pizza we ever ate. Will never purchase from debonairs again and certainly won't recommend anybody to debonairs!!!
SPOKE TO SIYA, EXTREMELEY USELESS. SUCH POOR SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I REGRET HAVING ANY DEALING WITH TAKE A LOT. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS SERVICE. SHE REFUSED TO TRANSFER MY CALL TO HER MANAGER, SHE REFUSED TO PROVIDE HER MANAGERS NAME & CONTACT DETAILS!!!!
