Worst service by frogfoot they really belong in a pond not as a company clearly can't assist in giving service no communication even though emails are sent.
What a horrible service, just wanted to get fiber line but it's taking forever to connect it's more than 5days and no off all the consultants can even help. What kind of service is this not even management is really this seriously. If ti's is the kind of service rather not join up anymore and cancel the whole thing. Pathetic not even going to recommend anyone on this useless network.
My wife has called discovery medical aid 5 times since August with the same problem and has been promised over and over that the matter will be resolved. The current maternity benefits have not been reset and still reflect the old activated pregnancy program, making it hard to keep track of benefits and limits reached. need feedback soonest
I was at Fnb Bank menlyn while I was waiting they skipped my ticket number and assisted another person after me. I waited for so long just to be skipped, this is unacceptable service.
