Complaint: I am very disappointed with Naked Insurance. I requested a refund on 18 May 2025, and ever since then, I’ve been told the refund will be processed. Despite several follow-ups, I still haven’t received anything to this day. Each time I contact them, I’m told, “we’ll attend to it” or “we’re working on it,” but there is no action or proper update. It has now been over two months, and this is completely unacceptable. I submitted all the required documents and confirmed all my details. This delay is frustrating and is now affecting me financially and emotionally. I expect better service from a company like Naked Insurance. If I do not receive my refund urgently, I will take this matter further by contacting the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance. I purchased a laptop at Hi-Fi Corp along with insurance for the device, trusting that I was adequately covered in case of theft. Unfortunately, my laptop was recently ****** from my locked vehicle, while parked in a secure, access-controlled parking lot. The laptop was inside a zipped bag on the back seat and not visible, especially since my car windows are tinted black. Despite taking all reasonable precautions, the insurance claim was rejected on the grounds that the item was not "out of sight" and that the vehicle was not "housed in a securely locked building." This is completely unreasonable. What’s worse is that at no point during the sale did Hi-Fi Corp staff go through the terms and conditions or explain such exclusions. I was never told that my claim would be denied under these overly restrictive conditions. I feel this was a case of mis-selling insurance — the policy was sold without proper disclosure, which is against the principles of treating customers fairly. I feel disappointed, misled, and unsupported. I urge Hi-Fi Corp and their insurance provider to review this decision and take responsibility for how this policy was sold.

Booking.com clients with poor service
I made a booking in October at lagoon Beach using booking. Com and I canceled my booking. The promised to refund me 7 day after my cancelation but it's more than days and I have not received my refund, I'm still waiting for my refund today is 2 weeks.
I was at identity Calton center trying to make a payment they said they said system is not working then I went to South gate to pay the said the same story that the system is slow its on and off can u please wait I did wait after 30 minutes waiting there was loadshedding they said sorry our back up is not picking up so please go our and come back after loadshedding which is 2 hours, then I asked the manager to call the head office and tell them I'm the shop and iwant to pay for my account from last month I'm having difficulty of paying this account because of the stories they have at Identity when we want to pay last week I received a call from identify telling me to pay account and I did say yes I want to pay my account but I have problems with identity they give me stories when ever I want to pay my account, then I promised to go and pay today then they gave stories again, my problem is they refused to call the head office and my account is going to be on areas because of them for the second time, they make their mistake my mistake and I don't understand why they have to have to take my account on areas because I'm trying to pay but they don't make means,
I bought dstv last year I have a sleep I did not connect it because I wanted to wait for internet connection, now I want to add it they keep on giving me problems and they said they will contact me but till today the never called me,
Wish does not deliver. I bought my things bags , clothes , weaves and toys. The y only deliver one 2 items now I asked for refund because I don't want to order anything from them now they say they don't give cash back they only give back wish cash only I explained that no I want money back because I will never buy anything from you because you don't deliver they don't want to give back my money . I want cash not wish cash .
Capitec complaints I have longing a complain at capitec bank till now I'm waiting. I have cash sand then it says pin has expired they said I mast call complain management I did the cash send pin says redeemed will I did not get the money. They asked me 5 Questions and I answered those questions after that they said they a stil invistigating till now the are not coming back to me I called them again they said they are still investigating. The voucher was never redeemed.
#SupportLocal , I was at dischem they have good customer service, and they a always will help u . They even give alternative ,and advice. The shop is very clean . Dischem in Sandton city . Last week I was a there to buy medication for my mom .
