I ordered a bar fridge from Makro Online on the 4th of July 2024 and my delivery as scheduled for the 9th of July 2024. On the 8th, I received an sms and email that stated that my parcel was now with the courier. I didn't receive my parcel or any sort of communication on the 9th. On the 10th the driver calls shouting, telling me he's been hooting at the gate and I'm not coming out. He then claims that he sent an sms early in the morning to say my order was out for delivery. I double checked my phone and there was no sms. He immediately sents the sms(code), didn't even apologize since it was HIS mistake then marks it delivered and left.
My little sister completed her N6 at the college but yesterday when we went to check for her certificate, they said she is not appearing on their system.
I went inside Capitec bank Makhado Crossing to unlock my fixed account because I wanted to transfer some money to my savings account. I was assigned to a lady called Hendrica. She was very rude, asked me why I don't transfer on my app. I told her it doesn't give me that option, she asked how much is the balance and I just said it's less than R10000. She told me to go do it at the ATM and called the next customer.
I've been buying Telkom data 12G for R155 twice now. My money is being deducted but I can't access internet or any social media. But when I buy the same Telkom network for R20 it works perfectly fine. And it is not about the location because I'm bedridden and always at home.
I've been buying the Economic quarter special since it started and always got to choose of I want leg or breast but today Tshidi from Nando's Thornhill told me straight that I cannot choose a portion. I don't eat breast so I had to buy normal quarter legs and sides separately, paying normal price.
I paid for a wig they advertised for black Friday special and was told I'll get it the following week. It's almost 7 weeks now, I haven't received it
They've been debiting my money but not paying all my accounts and they are only informing me now when I ask for my clearance certificate that 1 account has never received a cent from them. I have been doing follow ups with them, even told them debt collectors are harassing me. I was told to ignore them as my account was paid, now the same account is in arrears
On the 1st of June 2020, I was welcomed by a very rude lady at Pep Mokopane. There was no one at the door but it was open, so we walked in. The lady shouted "you don't just barge in, I'm sure it's not the first time you come to town since the lockdown started". How was I supposed to know if there's no one by the door? What happened to "sorry, please wait for someone to come sanitize your hands before you walk in"?
I was struggling to get internet connection. I spoke to Londiwe(hope I got her name right), you can tell from her tone that she was smiling and happy to assist. We got cut off and she called back immediately, the best service ever regardless of the time(early hours). She followed up twice to check if my connection was restored and fixed. Thank you very much Londiwe.
It was on Friday the 8th of November 2019. I went to buy my daughter a hair band for my late dad's birthday memorial party the next day. As a kid, she was undecided, wanted to buy everything. One of the tellers alerted that they are closing, we then went to pay. Refilwe was extremely rude, she threw my smart smartshopper card and said "you see what you making me do?" I'm not sure what she meant by that. I understand that they get tired and frustrated but we also have jobs and as long as the store is still open, they need to assist us as customers. When we left the till she said "some people get bored at their homes"
