I have battled and suffered for more than 3 weeks to get anything done. I have 3 different call in reference numbers logging complaints. Endless emails. Stan the bot is a waste of time. Requesting call backs is a waste of time. There is no sense of urgency with these people.
Monday 1 August 2022.i reported it to the one owner at the Limpopo branch and nothing has been done about it. I have not received a call back, nothing. Absolutely disgusting.
I am terribly disappointed at the service I've received. I submitted paperwork for a cash settlement on claim 4164477 on the 14th January 2022 and still nothing has been done, settlement is supposed to happen in 24 ~ 48 hrs it's now over a week and settlement has still not been paid out. I've sent messages on FB and they are being ignored, absolutely horrific service
Tracker is trying to force me to sign a 3 year contract. I'm trying to downgrade my package due to affordability but am being forced to sign a 3 year contract when I'm not even earning a salary
Goodyear Efficiency Tyres 235 55 R19 are the biggest rubbish. Pieces of rubber peeling off. Not cheap tyres either. How can you even produce such a terrible product
How could you just double my vehicle premium with no notice, how can a premium got from R 600 to R1200? How do you even justify that. I am shocked that Momentum has done this, needless to say the debit order bounced and I now have a negative school on my credit rating because of Momentum!!
My contract has ended and is on a month to month, I need to change my plan because I have lost my job but I am told that I cannot change it unless I enter into another 24 month contract which is entrapment. I will take this to the Ombudsman if you carry on to force me to go into a contract
As a Business client I am terribly disgusted and disappointed. Absa is an essential service, in a 20km radius how can you have on 3 branches open. Imagine there were only 3 filling stations open in a 20km radius once the lockdown is suspended I will be be considering the other banks as Absa does not offer the kind of service the other banks do and they do not go the extra mile
