I have had the pet insurance for years and now having issues both with claiming and cancelling, if you are looking for pet insurance, go look elsewhere, their communication is pathetic, their customer service is pathetic, the cancellations department is impossible to get through to, they do not reply to the email you have to send to the cancel@onpelan.co.za.... If you are looking to get ripped off these are the guys to choose. I am trying very hard to cancel my policy that I have had for years, so yes, lots of money wasted on these tools, take my advice and go with a different pet insurance company, even speaking to a few vets they all say that dealing with Oneplan is the worst.

FNB thank you for returning ALL our debit orders, you could have just returned one to get our business account back into the overdraft facility, but no, you return all payments, you charge us R310 per debit order that caused us to go over our facility, you then charge R150 per item returned... So your question: "How can we help you?" Your attempt to contact us, with a 2 ring phone call before you hung up didn't help at all, you knew this was going to happen due to Covid19, but no, you return all debit orders, FNB you unfortunately have been of no help to us. Just one debit order needed to be returned... just one... now we have a whole lot of extra fee's to cover too, that really helps us out in these difficult times.
I installed a Sequre security gate about 7 years ago at our house, its now in need of a little TLC, a few of the bolts/rivets have broken off, I have been in contact with Nico and Liz in order to book a repair team to come out, my first date of contact was 6 May 2019, it is now the 9 July 2019 and i have yet to see a repair team. Utterly disgusted in the service from Sequre.
I phoned in to add an item to my policy, Kushaal Deokinandan went out of his way to ensure I got fantastic service, he amended 4 other items to reduce the premium and I'm now paying less than i did last month and i have added an item. Thank you Kushaal Deokinandan . Thank you Dizcovery Insure
There have been so many negative reviews for Telkom Mobile of late, especially on social media I thought I better share my good story, give credit where credit is due... In December I got an SMS saying that my contract was going to end soon and I can renew, cancel or carry on month-to-month. I decided to cancel, and seeing so many unhappy Telkom Mobile complaints on social media I though I was in for a tough fight. I sent through the cancellation forms, a few weeks later I got a phone call where they did try sell me a new contract but I stuck to my guns and said no thank you, just cancel, I have just received my statement and the cancellation seems to have gone through with no hiccups, I even got a R22.83 credit as the contract was cancelled before the full month. Now don't get me wrong, I'm still a little worried as the debit order will only go off at the end of the month, but if they stick to their statement, which in the past they have, I'm finished, done, contract ran its full term and I'm a happy customer! Thank you Telkom Mobile for doing what you're supposed to do.

<p>We recently sold my wife's car, I contacted Cartrack to inform them of such and was told not to worry, you can either cancel the 36 month contract for R1000 or we can install a new device in the new vehicle and carry on with the 36 month Cartrack contract. <br />So today I contact Cartrack to organise the re-installation in the new vehicle and get told there is a re-install fee of R850. On the prior phone call to the Cartrack call centre no-one informed me of the re-installation fee. Now my current contract is R169 p/m. If I sign a new contract its R99 p/m. so I'll be saving R70 p/m This makes no sense, so guess what, I am pretty much left with the option of paying the R1000 cancellation fee, which is only 1 month subscription fee extra, and signing a new contract for R99 per month, but I can be sure that I willnot go with Cartrack.... I'll take my business elsewhere. </p>
<p>I got an email from FNB stating that they are upgrading my savings account to a Gold Cheque Account.</p> <p>The Savings account costs R6 per month<br />The Gold Cheque Account costs R100 per month</p> <p>I already have a cheque account with FNB, now I have 2...</p> <p>I have contacted the call centre, visted the branch and contacted Premier Banking.</p> <p>There is no alternative account, FNB no longer has savings accounts!</p> <p>FNB how can you automatically upgrade accounts and not have a savings account alternative? Banks ask us to save, but make it impossible.<br />I'm very dissapointed, I have exhuasted every avenue available to me and I have to settle with 2 cheque accounts with a higher monthly account fee - This is not helping me, but I'm sure you're happy to get an extra R94 per month from me.<br />Very dissapointed </p>
In Sept 2014 ADT bought out SSG. We did not want to be covered by ADT so we cancelled the contract, paid the cancellation fee/outstanding balance. Yesterday I get a Letter of Demand (dated 5th Nov 2015) stating that I owe R2598 according to them the original debt is R46. How does R46 become R2598???<br> <br> I have the final account balance given to me by ADT in 2014, I have bank statements to prove I paid the amount to ADT with the reference number given to me by ADT on their own letter head signed by Padiso Ramothopa. <br> <br> I cannot understand how a matter from 2014 only comes up now in March 2016. I have had no contact from ADT and Debtsource (their collection agency) surely if someone owes you money you send a statement? an email? a phone call? or do you just get handed over for R46? This could have been sorted out so easily if someone had attempted to contact me<br> <br> Totally pathetic and just proves we were correct to cancel with ADT when they took over from SSG useless I tell you!
