Discovery has approved my Ozempic for 2 years running and now when my doctor has requested the higher dosage pen(3ml) cos I have not been able to hit my targets on HBA1C or weight wise they are refusing to even pay the same portion of R950 towards a R2700 pen. I am willing to pay something in cos it is expensive but I am Type 2 diabetic and clearly need it as I am overweight and now also have a heart stent and kidney issues. This is just not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we have a joint bond with Nedbank and have asked for a top up twice, no one calls us back as promised. we have only a small balance owing and have never skipped a payment so do not understand why this is not being granted????
I have been going back and forth with Direct Axis even provided proof of payments and they insist they credited my account but refuse to provide proof that my account is credited. What are they trying to hide...MY PAyments !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mbd attorneys have paid over the money I paid them.they refusing to refund me
Easton Berry has 2 debit orders of R500 being taken off my account since 2019 and on their side only reflects one amount of R500. I have sent them my bank statement proving this and still no joy!!!!!!!!!! This account is long time paid up
I Have been paying MBD Attorneys since dec 2019 for a Sanlam Direct Axis account and they have not been crediting my account. Say that it was closed and handed to another attorney. They say They refunded the Direct Axis all the R600 payments I have been making but direct Axis does not have the payments. The refuse to give back my money, I have all the proof of pmts since dec 2019 of R600. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been a loyal customer for over 20 Years, used to be staff. I have been under debt review for about 12 years and have always been able to upgrade no problem because I pay my account every month no unpaids. I have been trying to upgrade my cell number and my sons for a year now and no joy. If you pay dilligently why no upgrade!!!!!!!!
I have been Type 2 diabetic for 22 years now and have always been on medication for it. 2 years ago my new GP put me on syngardy(discovery refused to pay but I agreed to pay cash) and the results were astounding, everything improved,HB1C,Kidney function etc....last year my doc suggested I use Ozempic in conjuction with Syngardy to help also with my weight . Discovery paid R950 towards my ozempic from chronic for 1 year, EVEN BETTER results a year later. So now that my medication is actually working when we tried to get Ozempic approved for another year discovery refuses to pay. So I am type 2 diabetic and Discovery pays nothing towards my chronic condition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What am I paying for then!!!!! This is ridiculous and they cannot get away with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
